LHR Plumbing and Heating- Bedford

My water heater had reduced water flow and was not getting up to temp. Turned out to need a new mixer valve. The technician was great all around (prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, etc...). I initially had an issue with the billing for the job performed and a manager reached out to me and turns out there has been a billing code error that was made. I appreciated hearing back and seeing the refund process immediately as promised. Company was quick and efficient in all areas.

I'm extremely impressed by Brandon Stachuls expertise and honesty, of LHR plumbing and heating. This guy knows his stuff! He put me at ease immediately with his confidence and knowledge of how to handle our heating system. Brandon is everything a service man should be: smart, courteous, honest and personable. We hired a different, well known plumbing and heating company the day before for this situation. It was left undone and never started because of parts needing to be ordered and also left me with the worry of potentially having to replace the heater, if the parts ordered didn’t work. I called LHR the next morning and Brandon walks in and sincerely assured me, after looking at it for no more that 20 minutes that he would have it up and running. Which he most certainly did- with no parts needing ordering AND the heater is in actual good shape. I plan to move my business over to LHR because of great service and just over all great communication from everyone I’ve been in touch with here.

Very weird, because I thought I posted about LHR 2 months ago when our shower was serviced, but perhaps I just responded to an internal review. In any case, I’m glad I checked, because we were thrilled with LHR’s reasonable pricing and next-level service! Everyone from the phone (thank you, Sadie and Mary!) to the final service call (Matt provided old-school personal service with a friendly outgoing demeanor coupled with top-notch workmanship) made our experience with LHR the best we’ve ever had with a plumbing/heating company. We hope we don’t often need their help, but needless to say, if we do, we’ll be calling LHR again!

quoted 6k for a replacement of my in direct water heater. Had to pay 85 dollars for the tech to spend 10 minutes to tell me what I told him on the phone. The water heater was leaking.. Called another company they spent the time to learn that my tank was still under Warranty and replaced everything for 2,500. Even IF I had to buy the water tank the price was still 2k less.if you didn’t want to do the work why bother trying to take advantage of us. So yourself a favor call someone else

this is a long overdue, I've been using LHR for a couple years now, and literally each and every time, they're a pleasure. from the friendly, smiling voice that first answers the phone, to the tech that shows up. This last time, Angel, the owner, tried to help me troubleshoot a problem over the phone. when i couldn't pull off the repair, they had Matt show up the next day. They both kept me posted with what was entailed, and asked my permission before doing anything outside of the game plan. always professional, always fair, and always do what they say they're gonna do. Highly recommend giving them a shout when you need HVAC help.

Matt was exceptional. Arrived on time, immediately put in protective booties when entering our home. Went through all of our options to troubleshoot our well tank and guided us to a resolution. He was transparent, polite and professional. Thank you for another great experience LHR!

I recently had a leaky tap that needed repair. LHR Plumbing and Heating was able to come out the same day and fix it in no time. Their prices were also very reasonable.

This was our first time using you guys (certainly won't be the last), everything was great - to the early reachout when you had to move the service call, to another to check if we were home so they could come early - communication is always great. Matt was the tech who came here - he was professional and reviewed/explained the different things he was looking at and fixing. He did a fantastic job and we will recommend both him and the company to any in our area that need plumbing work done.
