It was a pleasure to meet David H. today when he visited to deal with a struggling AC system. David was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. More than this, he was more than willing to describe what he was doing and why, furthering my understanding of how these systems work. I have been a customer for many many years and I find that, like David, their personnel are consistently focused on the customer experience and solving the problem at hand. Joy, you are doing something right on the people side. Keep it up please!

They did good for us, just finished fixing our AC 5/30/23 and the man who came did an excellent job and was professional. Cost was decent. This company also installed a water heater for us in 2021 and we liked their work then as well. Definitely recommend. The guys we had out at our home were seasoned and had been doing this a while so I’m sure that helped.

Not only did David H serviced both the heating and ac systems efficiently, but explained clearly how to use the damper and Aprilair humidifier on the system as I am a new home owner. He made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Area was clean when he left Happy customer. Thanks David H!

A.J. LeBlanc installed a mini split ductless heating and cooling system at my house and they were absolutely incredible. Everything about the process was extremely smooth, start to finish. Rich was great to work with, he addressed all my needs and came up with several options based on my requests, so I was very happy to have some flexibility in my decision. The quote was detailed so I knew exactly what I was getting and what to expect. The technicians Josh and Brandon were amazing. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a way that I could understand without dumbing it down too much. He was very accommodating whenever I had any concerns or if there was something I wanted done slightly different. Every day they were on time and informed me of what they had planned for the day. The scheduled time was from October 10th-14th and they finished on the 13th. I highly recommend hiring them for installing a mini split ductless system!

We moved into a house this company had serviced for over 20 years.

The first heat wave of this summer we were having A/C issues. We were confident that the company that had serviced the house would be able to fix the problem and get us back to normal.

However, the service tech they sent to our house TWICE. Said it was simply a filter issue and that we would be fine. He did no diagnostic services to evaluate the condition of our A/C unit whatsoever.

We then called the company to request a different service tech who did do diagnostic services, incorrectly evaluated the problem with our A/C unit, and did nothing to solve the problem.

After 2 and 1/2 weeks of calling the company we finally decided to change services to Heritage HVAC. With a simple phone call our problem was solved in 48 hours.

Poor customer service, bad technicians, and even worse equality of service.

After they had serviced the home we live in for 20 years, and with us having no intention of switching companies. A.J. LeBlanc proved to be unprofessional and unqualified to service our house any longer. Maybe some companies just get comfortable.

I have used Leblanc heating to maintain our house furnace for several years. More recently, we had a minor issue with the furnace, also addressed by LeBlanc’s excellent technicians. Leblanc is consistently responsive whenever we need to schedule maintenance or repairs. The technicians are always on time, polite, professional, and highly efficient. I highly recommend Leblanc heating.

I really can't say enough about AJ Le Blanc Heating, Plumbing & Electrical! They are amazing. From Jennifer in service to my fantastic techs Asia & Robert, they took great care to make sure everything was up & running. The hot water heater stopped working, and 2 weeks later the heat stopped. I called 6 places to receive service, and not one company returned my phone call. A friend recommended AJ LeBlanc. I emailed them on a Sunday night at 11:30pm, and received a phone call by 9:15am! Robert came out and we discovered that the company that was hired to clean the furnace upon moving in last year never actually did it. Robert & Asia went above and beyond for me. They have a customer for life!

OUTSTANDING customer service! It can be very distressing to have an unexpected home repair, and when I got the call today from Jennifer with a quote, I was completely distraught and needed to put the repair (which involved having no hot water in the meantime) on hold. She unexpectedly called me back within an hour, offering a solution, noting she could hear the distress in my voice, and within 30 minuets, Robert was at my door and able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour on my 22 year old boiler. They (specifically Jennifer) connected with me as more than just a customer, but like a friend, who was there to offer me help. Supporting local businesses is important, and I DEFINITELY will continue to use A.J. LeBlanc for my future HVAC needs.
