Robert did a great job of troubleshooting my boiler issues. He worked with a factory rep and the boiler now runs like new!

Here's an update on the boiler. A service tech noticed another problem that he brought to the attention of the manufacturer. Even though it was out of warranty, the manufacturer opted to replace the boiler and AJ LeBlank did the installation free of charge!

This type of outstanding service is why I recommend this company without reservation. Truly an outstanding business :--)

Today we had our annual HVAC maintenance. A.J. LeBlanc is great to work with. Always professional and appreciate the 2 hour window given for service. Peter was our technician. It is the second time Peter has worked on our HVAC. He is knowledgeable, professional and a very nice technician.

We had Robert come out on three separate occasions for work on our central AC unit. He was gracious and informative and gave really good advice on how to ensure our AC was running smoothly going forward and didn't push us into a service that we didnt need. As a repeat customer, I really appreciate the service at LeBlanc and give them a big thumbs up!

Update! They saved us again! We needed emergency service for a water leak and Dan came out, fixed the problem to get us by and will be back to replace the shower fixtures for us! He was very professional and knowledgeable and saved us from what could have become a much bigger problem! Cannot recommend this company enough!

I have lived in New England for almost 3 years and have had the absolute best experiences with LeBlanc Heating. In particular, the technician, Robert, has been to my house twice, and is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and was willing to let me watch and ask questions while he worked. He told me that he helped do the original install of the HVAC equipment when my house was built new and showed me some cool history written on the boards in my house. Often times it's intimidating and stressful when you have to have technicians come to your house, but LeBlanc makes the process easy and professional. They are courteous and prompt and were able to make the repair very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I want to send a thank you to your service tech, David H. I have on 3 occasions, had the pleasure of dealing with him regarding different issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable during each visit. In this age of so many complaining about everything, I feel it is important to acknowledge great service. Called to have an electrician come over to get a quote for some outlet fixes and panel repair. The guy was nice, examined the house, and said he'd get us a quote.

A week goes by with no quote. I phone the office and ask what's up with my quote. The office says they'll look into it.

Another week goes by and nothing.

If you don't want new customers, just say so upfront! Don't waste my time, please.

I will be using another, more responsive electrician and won't entrust my HVAC installation to such a company either.

FOLLOWUP: The company was very responsive upon seeing this review. I received emails and calls apologizing and offering a discount, so it does seem that they care about their reputation and new customers. I presume that they are looking into what happened in my case, so maybe future customers will have better service.

Our aging furnace had an issue with the exhaust fan and our usual HVAC folks weren't returning our calls. We contacted LeBlanc and they answered right away, were very polite, and got us scheduled for a visit.

The technician Robert was right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was a good sport about answering all the questions I had regarding our late model furnace while he worked. Our furnace is back to running smoothly!
