Coordination with the removal of asbestos was challenging yet well orchestrated to ensure a minimal loss of heat in my home. Every call I made was immediately responded to with courtesy and results! The basement of our church flooded this winter because of burst sprinkler pipes which impacted some of our mechanical systems as well. Keith Mercier and his team did an amazing job. They came up against some unique situations with our mechanical systems but they never gave up and they came up with creative solutions for repairing those systems.It was already a busy season because of the cold weather, but Keith made our project a priority for his team.

Fast and efficient with a frozen pipe fix this winter, and quick to refer out this Spring for a plumbing issue when they were tied up on other jobs. The owner is very invested in the company and the customer service is A-plus. Highly recommend.
