I had an HVAC problem last week. Got a hold Mountain West. Andrew came out an explained everything that was going on with it. His team replaced my system that same day and I couldn’t be more happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing hvac work.

Rarely do I take the time to post positive reviews, but I'm compelled to make an exception for Andrew and his crews at Mountain West. I had 20+ year old dual furnaces and A/C units. One of the A/C units was obviously beginning to fail, and the other larger one outright died, during a heat wave, of course. I had planned on replacing the dead A/C and its connected furnace and evaporator coil. I had three local companies come out to bid on the project. In a nutshell, Mountain West replaced both A/Cs, both furnaces and evaporator coils, and ran all new line sets under my house for less than a single system replacement by either of the other two companies. Really quite unbelievable, and it says a great deal about Andrew’s ethics. Not only was Mountain West’s pricing head and shoulders better than anyone else, they arrived on time, were extremely professional, and got the jobs done exactly as hoped. I'm a small business owner, and pride myself on our outstanding customer service. I set very high standards, and rarely does anyone ever impress me. Andrew and his Mountain West crews impressed me. Kudos to all of them!

Prompt and professional. Our heater gave out on a cold January Friday night, and they came out Saturday morning. Identified the issue and replaced a broken part. Gave an update on other concerns but no pressure to immediately repair beyond original issue. Great guy to chat with and appreciated the friendly attitude for a Saturday morning.

All around great experience with Mountain West. Andrew and the team replaced a furnace and installed an A/C unit in my home. From the estimate to installation they were very knowledgeable and prompt to respond to any questions. Had multiple estimates by other companies and felt mountain west was honest and fair pricing. Honest companies like these are hard to find nowadays. My A/C stopped blowing cold air and I asked my neighbor who he uses as he's been living here in Dayton for over 20 years. He said you cannot go wrong with Mountain West. And he was right. Called and was able to get same day service! Hugh was my tech and this guy is knowledgeable, personable and a straight up professional. They put their focus on troubleshooting rather than trying to just replace random parts and upsell you. A small family business that prides themselves on saving you money (like I said, hard to find). This will be the only company I call for my HVAC needs and I will confidently recommend them to anybody in my community. I owe my neighbor a good steak for this recommendation :)

We began our search for a contractor to install an HVAC System and had five companies submit formal bids. We quickly reduced that number to three finalists. It became obvious that the mini-split system was the right choice for our home. We were most impressed with Andrew Morrell, Mountain West. He was knowledgeable, honest, did not practice "up-selling", professional and reliable and he responds in a timely manner. When you call, text or email you are communicating directly with Andrew. His bid was competitive and realistic. The day he forecast for completion, was the day we turned the system on! The job clean up was very good. Another thing that impressed us is that Andrew is a "hands on guy" he works right along with his crew. We would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, relatives, and neighbors.
