On The Spot Air

All the years of having service people come to our various homes we were truly amazed at this companies professionalism. We called on a Saturday and were told someone would stop out to check out our air conditioning concerns that day. Not long after talking to the office we received a call from Ivan. He said he would be there in 30 to 40 minutes. Well i have heard that before, but he was there as promised . He found the reason our air was not working was a bad control board. He did not have one on his truck and being that it was later on Saturday he would not be able to get one until Monday. To make this long story short a couple hours after he left we got a call from Ryan telling us had a control board on his truck and would like to bring it out Sunday morning if that was ok. We set a time around 8am and guess what he called and told how long it would take to get to our house. A couple of hours later all the work was completed. Ivan and Ryan were excellent at not only their job but also keeping us informed every step of the way. We would use them again in a heartbeat, and i have already told friends about them. Thanks guys.

Excellent! Randy arrived within the hour after I called. He was very professional: competent, friendly, efficient and explained everything clearly and in a straight-forward transparent manner. Very happy to recommend him to everyone and I have signed up for regular annual maintenance schedule.

On The Spot Air came highly recommended by a neighbor of mine. I really liked that this is a local business and not a franchised big business. Randy was prompt and very polite, he diagnosed the problem very easily and gave me options about how to rectify it. I'll be sure to keep their number handy for any future business.

We recently moved across country, to Henderson NV. We needed our HVAC systems checked out, and called Trane (manufactured the A/C & Coil). Trane referred us to On the Spot Air.

Randy, our HAVAC Technician, was (is) very knowledgeable, an assiduous professional, punctual, cooperative, personable, and efficient!

He had no problems with taking the time to explain what he was doing, but was at ease answering a million questions, and offering sound advice! He also explained/suggested how things should and should not be - without any pressure to sell you things; He only made suggestions of what we may need, probably need including healthy options, and what would be a waste of our money.

We have dealt with several HAVAC companies in the past (in the North East), and as good as some of them were they did not come close to Randy at On the Spot Air!

My 2 initial calls to "On The Spot Air" (as we were looking for a company to service our needs since we are new to the area - from across the country) were handled as well as anyone could possibly desire. This is a winning company with a winning group of employees!

Randy, Kyle and Ivan are very professional, courteous and knowledgable. They installed our new Trane unit in less than 5 hours. Great customer service. Emily always calls and lets you know they are on the way, They are on time and explain everything to you. I highly recommend them.
