On the spot air is exactly that, on the spot! This is the second time Randy has helped me in a crunch! I called Sunday night at 8:30p when I realized my AC was blowing warm! Randy called me 10 minutes later and was at my home 1st thing in the morning. My poor AC unit (16 yo builder grade) was literally on it’s last leg. Randy was honest, said he could fix it but recommended replacement. Left the choice up to me. Having dealt with AC issues 3 summers in a row and being told the same thing, I knew what he was saying was true. I decided to replace my unit and stop dealing with the summer sweats and stress. The unit was installed the next day! He and Kyle arrived promptly at my home first thing in the morning and quickly went to work. Once installed Randy gave me a tutorial of my new unit and thermostat, scheduled a contractor to come out and replace the molding around my attic entry and paint it. They also cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. If you want honest and prompt service, this is the company! I’ll be a loyal client as long as I live in Vegas!

I had to wait for a month to finally decided to write my very 1st review. We had to observed our heater for a month before making this review. I hope this will help others.
I was scheduled to have our thermostat change by NVenergy. The technician came and told us that our heater isn't working, since he literally heard it shuts off when he came in. I said how come you heard it working when you came. He just said to call HVaC to check our heater, and mentioned Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing is good. The following day I called NVenergy again to let them know that their technician did not install the thermostat coz our heater isn't working. I mentioned that we observed the whole day and night our heater is heating up, can you please sent another tech for second opinion. I had to wait 1 month for them to send another one. The 2nd tech check the heater and it was properly working, it just the C-wire isn't connected, but his ladder wasn't tall enough to rich the roof. I have to reschedule again. While waiting for the 3rd appointment, I have decided to call Sierra to hook up my C-WIRE rather than NVenergy. Sierra tech came, he check my heater and went to the roof to hook-up the C-WIRE. He came down and said that I have 3 options for you:
1. $4583 --- good as new
2. $3968 --- just the necessary parts that need to replace
3. $2785 --- just to start working
I said our heater is working fine. I just want to connect the C-WIRE. Then he said that if I will turn on my heater it will cause FIRE. I suffered not to have a heater the whole night coz I got scared to what he said. The following day I called ON THE SPOT AIR by recommendation of a friend. RANDY the owner came to see what I'm talking about. Randy finds that our heater is dirty that needs cleaning but it is working. I only pay 29.95 for cleaning + 89.00 dispatch. That is a lot of savings for us. Me and my husband have decided to keep ON THE SPOT AIR for any maintenance needed in our air condition and heating. Randy is very honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Not only for the amount that he saves us, but the worries and stress that was taken out from us. Rest assure that this company will get our full support and recommendation. Thanks again Randy!

Let me start off with saying that I am so happy right now!! I had a horrible experience with two different companies before being recommend to “ On the spot Air “ by my home warranty company. We contacted them and explained to them our situation on how our ac has been broken and before contacting them we kept getting the run around and not a solution on what was wrong with our whole unit. They immediately took action and were able to set up an appointment for the next day to come in and service our ac unit and see what was wrong with it. Randy was our guy who came out the next day and offered so much help and was quick to the point that it simply needed to be replaced, he recommended to our home warranty for replacement and is exactly what we got! He even left us a temporary ac we can use so we use mean while our ac unit came in. It was such a great experience and I can’t wait to recommend all my family members! Thank you RANDY !! For making everything so easy and taking care of us!

The tech (Randy Luong) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He promptly identified the issue, got approval from our warranty to fix it, and resolved the issue. While he was working, he explained how everything worked in great detail - so much so that I feel much more knowledgeable about how my AC/Heater units work and how to take better care of them. On the Spot Air is by far the best air conditioning company in Las Vegas. Their customer service is outstanding. Monique was very kind and professional when setting up my appointment. She followed up and let me know when the technician was on the way. Randy and Ivan showed up on time and were very professional. They fixed my AC unit and were very courteous. I highly recommend them. Their customer service and professionalism are a rarity in Las Vegas. Randy went above and beyond when I had numerous issues with American Home Shield. I am so glad I went with On The Spot Air! Randy, the owner, handled all the paperwork in person as well as personally working on and overseeing everything done during my new system installation. Without any extra cost, On The Spot Air went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my new system and fixed anything they found or thought could be improved during the installation even if it meant more time and more work for them. I felt like I received a custom air conditioner and furnace system installed with care for my well being and not just for their profit. I will recommend On The Spot Air to everyone I know.

My spouse and I have utilized On The Spot Air for the last two years with a yearly service agreement, and we have been extremely satisfied. Doesn't matter who the representative might be, they are always courteous and helpful, yet not pushy in any manner.
Last Tuesday our AC went out, and having a home service warranty we alerted a representative to come out as quickly as possible. They told us we would be placed high on the response to find out it would be Friday between 1-3 PM. So late Friday we were advised by 2 morons from AR air that it could be up to 2 weeks until repaired, and only tried to sell us a new system. We checked into hotel for 3 days until determining what our next move was.
Long story shortened, we called On The Spot Sunday at noon and were "lucky" to get Randy on the phone who had been to our home in the past servicing our units. After explaining to him our problem, he asked if we could meet him within the next 2 hours at our home which we did from the hotel. We purchased a new Trane Air Conditioning system that afternoon, and Randy and his partner Kyle both showed up Monday morning (July 15th), worked all day outside and in the attic putting in our new system. These 2 individuals were so professional and hard workers with a goal to put in our system which was completed that afternoon.
If it were possible to give Randy, Kyle, and "On The Spot Air" a Ten (10) Star rating, they would definitely get it from this very satisfied customer. I highly recommend "On The Spot Air" company, services, and especially their personnel at any time your needs require air and or heating home requirements.

On a very hot Sunday morning our AC dumps. We call Randy as we have a maintenance program with his company On the Spot Air. By 11pm same night, our new AC unit is purring like a kitten. Having the maintenance program saved us money, but more importantly, the service and attitude of Randy and his crew was both honest and straightforward. These guys are the best, I couldn't recommend them more highly.
