We had a wonderful expierence with this company. My mother has MS and heat is the worst thing for her health. We originally called another company and they required double the price for the work and did not care that my mother was getting sick from the heat and could end up in the hospital. We called Discount Air and had the technician Jesse come out to us. He was very understanding of the health issues and not only fixed the problem for a cheaper price but helped us with a payment plan so we could afford it. This company, and Jesse plus another technician (I did not get his name) literally saved the lives of my mother and my pets as well. No complaints!

Discount Air came out for my heating maintenance and they sent DeAndrew, he was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.. I would recommend this company every time.

Jesse did an excellent job walking me through the issue with my A/C. The company installed my A/C system 4 years ago and had warranty information on-hand to replace my weak capacitor. He also recommended winterizing the unit after looking at my system specs to increase longevity of the equipment. Very professional service, very knowledgeable and I'm happy with the fix and system maintenance.

Awesome Company! Kari blew away the ripoff price I got from one of the big name companies trying to take advantage of our situation. She got a tech out to our site within an hour. Everything fixed, really got us out of a jam. Highly recommend this company!
