Alejandro came out during the peak of summer to fix our AC. He was honest and gave us realistic expectations for our old unit. When we were ready to get a new unit Carrie was so helpful and responsive to all my questions. Installation went smoothly, was quick, and worry free due to their awesome crew Mike and Alejandro. They were respectful of the house and were very friendly. So happy we went with this company!

DeAndrew Lewis was our Tech ,and came to help us very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with the unit. He took multiple pictures of the issue to show us what went wrong. I am very happy with his service. I wish more Techs were like him.

Talked to carrie a couple times on the phone to get to know their processes and she gave me straight forward details and pricing before arriving. DeAndrew came out and diagnosed my leaky evaporator coil causing loss of refrigerant in my unit. Both were very professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. DeAndrew got me a price right away that was reasonable and he scheduled my work the next day. I have the work happening tomorrow and can only assume the best after the experience I've had so far. Boy let me tell you my heater went out and we were told that it was broken. We called discount air and they sent DeAndrew. He had our heater working within 10 minutes. Discount air was great
