A-All Quality Air

All Quality Air has been our first call for the past 7 years. I could have written this same review countless times after each time they have helped us. Whether it was at our primary residence or one of our rental properties.

We have been in the middle of a 4 month long remodel and have had issues with every sub-contractor with the exception of All Quality Air. They helped move ducts, repair and clean our a/c due to all of the construction dust, and helped us get the exhaust right for our new kitchen hood. They are extremely accountable, on-time, efficient, and priced right.

Mary took my call early Sunday morning and Raul showed up before noon, as promised. Got me back up and cool again after replacing the fan motor in my unit. Done in 45 minutes! Friendly, professional, cost friendly. Happy customer! 😁

I got the worst news when my tenant called only to tell me the AC is out. I originally went with another local company only to give my a price that kept going up. I had enough and called these guys since my tenant told me that they replaced their neighbors AC and did it within the next business day. I gave them a call and told them my dilemma and they took care of me being that I was out of town. Great price that didn't fluctuate and wonderful service and got the job done as was told! Will defiantly recommend and do business again Thanks!

All Quality Air came out to do a routine maintenance check that the management company requires. The air had not been on for over a month and a half and it was not going to be turned on for a couple of weeks. The maintenance man insisted on changing the filter although I told him it was not required as I would not be putting the air on for awhile and I could go buy one; he changed it regardless of my wishes. They charged the management company an extra $50 for a $10 filter; that is robbery. That is not to mention the system sounds obnoxiously loud as if it needs maintenance. Looks like someone was only concerned about getting extra money off of a filter. I would not recommend this company.

After being ripped off by another local A/C company in Las Vegas, I was given the phone number of A-All Quality Air, by a coworker. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new unit the next day. The price was considerably less than what the prior company had quoted me, and the job was efficient and very professional.

The service people at All Quality are HONEST and professional. Even in the sweltering Las Vegas heat, their uniforms look professional!

I have recommended All Quality to numerous coworkers and friends, and they have all had glowing reports for this company. I will continue to do business with them, as long as I am in Las Vegas.

well you guys had better luck than me. I've been waiting all day for this tech/owner Raul, to come to my house for an estimate or repair. he didn't show, not even a courtesy call. so I called left 3 messages and sent a text still no response. very very disappointed. 1 star rating is to much for this company. how is this guy still in business. totally unprofessional!!!!!!

One of the few honest companies left in Vegas-No Cold Air-Within one hour of calling on a hot Sat morning the tech arrived at our home in Summerlin! Honest and normal not trying to up sell to a new ac unit like other companies he fixed a short and rewired the York ac and saved us thousands of dollars.Highly recomended!

Not recommended, not good customer service, not reliable . My husband set up to fix AC, which they worked on 3 weeks ago, and stopped working now. They told my husband will come to check it out today.

They do not show up, and no call.
When I called the office around 5 :15 pm to find out what is going on. The lady in the office said' we just told your husbans that we will try to come, we are not sure to come today, we are busy"

Never actually used their service but wouldn't based on seeing them on the road. Apparently driver wasn't paying attention to the exits and decided to swerve with no signal and across solid line.... to exactly where my car was. 😄
