Called Blue Jay on Monday as our AC went out on Sunday evening. Fast response, professional and courteous. Price was very reasonable for the service call and correction in our system. Definitely would call again for future issues.

Had A/C issues. Jay called back within minutes and provided service within 24 hours, as scheduled. He looked at the furnace as well as the A/C and made a couple of necessary corrections. He was informative, polite and professional.

Jay (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. Really knew his stuff. I have an old furnace and he fixed it quickly as possible. Hopefully now I won’t need him back for awhile!

Our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air, called Jay @ Blue Jay HVAC the next morning. He answered the call, said he can be out later in the day to check / repair it. He arrived early, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, explained the problem and proceeded to repair the problem. Jay had the problem repaired in less than 30 minutes, and could have charged us the full hourly rate, but instead only charged us for a half hour rate!! We recommend Jay to anyone in our community needing HVAC service!!!!

They were great! My AC had stopped working at night. I called first thing in the morning and they came out later that day. Very reasonably priced and the repair was done same day. Jay was supper friendly and was able to explain what had gone wrong and what needed to be fixed. He didn't try to sell me extra things or anything. Highly recommend this company.

Jay was very courteous and professional. He got me in the schedule quickly, and they were punctual. They came out to repair my A/C and since they didn’t have to do as much as they thought they would, I didn’t have to pay as much - I appreciated their honesty. I will use them for any future work that needs to be done.

Jay responded on a Sunday night with a promise to come evaluate Monday. He diagnosed the parts needed, ordered them and promised a repair on Wednesday when the parts arrived. He came way after hours, installed the part and did an excellent job. We now have heat after 4 days and could not recommend anyone else! Great job!
