Besides being the best boiler service company in Omaha, they are now my go-to for all heating and cooling needs. Steve just "gets it." The R Mechanical crew is honest, on-time and gives fair prices for jobs (I often used to get bids, but now I know better).

We have had R Mechanical out three times, two of which were quite dire. They are so rapid in response and have such a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous team. Highly recommend!

I get home last evening my house was 82° with the a.c. on could not figure it out. Woke this morning it was 84° by noon it was 88° called one place and was told it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could get to me. Then I called R Mechanical spoke with the nicest lady she walked me through some trouble shooting to see if it would work well it did not. She added me to the list it was fixed by 6:30. I will definitely recommend this company the whole process was pleasant from start to finish. Thank you R Mechanical😌😰😀👍

They were able to fix my -ancient- AC unit. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get to me and that Mark found a solution for me instead of having to buy a whole new system! So thankful they are local and so responsive.

Fast service, great communication from the office about timing and delays, very knowledgeable and personable repairman who diagnosed the problem in a minute. Did not try to sell me anything and I felt ashamed paying the low price I did for an emergent weekend night service. We had the absolute best experience with them!
