Justin and his crew are amazing. We purchased a business in 2019 and found that our HVAC unit was failing. We had another company come out and said he repaired it, however, it was still not working correctly and quoted a 15,000.00 price tag for a new unit at the time. We decided to get a second opinion and what Justin found was appalling. We had the remains of a dead animal in our unit among many other issues that were supposedly fixed by the other company but obviously were not. Justin and his team explained in detail everything that was wrong with our unit and gave us several options, including a new HVAC unit that was a price FAR less than the previous quote. The installation went smoothly and we were up and running in no time! Justin and his team are courteous, knowledgeable, dependable, timely, HONEST, and operate their business with integrity and humility that is extremely hard to find these days. We have since had our home A/c unit replaced as well as some water heater issues at our place of business. Each experience has been awesome. Justin is prompt with returning texts/phone calls/ and even responded when he was laid up recovery from a surgery at home! We highly recommend Justin and his team to anyone!

Justin is very professional, honest, responsive and explains everything to you as he's making his repairs so you know exactly what is going on. He managed to fit in an A/C repair on a day where they were incredibly busy, and since my A/C is very old, I was half-expecting to need a new unit. Justin looked at the unit, identified the issue and made the repair in about 15 minutes and for a fraction of the cost to replace the unit. He won't try to upsell you or encourage a purchase that you don't need. His honesty and integrity in an industry where I have encountered a number of unscrupulous providers is a breath of fresh air! I will use his company again and again, if needed!

Justin was amazing. There is no way around that. He came out when our heat pump failed and we were without heat. Little did we know that the company we were using was ripping us off by having us keep the heat pump when we had a perfectly good furnace that was not being used. He was incredibly knowledgeable and HONEST, which is rare in this business. He communicated with us while we were out of town and his work was flawless. We ended up going with his recommendation to remove the heat pump all together and we came home to a perfectly warm house. I can not say enough good things about Justin and his customer service and work quality. For as long as we are in Omaha we will not be using anyone other than him for our heating and cooling needs. We’ve used several bigger companies over the years and never had any real issues with any of them, but have never been overly impressed with them either. A few years ago, we found Justin and we are so glad that we did. He’s as honest as they come. He won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. He’s explains everything in detail so you can make the most informed decisions. He’s always on time, professional and courteous. We’ll never use another company again!

We had repairs done after a dishwasher flooded our kitchen about a yr and a half ago. Well the restoration company had contracted someone to rehook up our gas dryer. Well the people they hired, instead of installing it correctly they used plastic sacks and duct tape and attach that to the back of my dryer long story short I’ve been getting really bad headaches I’ve had CAT scan allergy testing all kinds of testing done only to find out it’s been carbon monoxide that’s been leaking. So I had two different companies come out Aksarben as well as Andy’s appliance and neither one of them said they could do it that it was not safe they were not willing to do it so I finally got a hold of Justin with Comfort Solutions, he came out looked at it brought everything that he needed told me exactly what we would need the exact cost and even said that he would only be able to do it if it was up to code and told me exactly what that would look like, to where it would be safe. He just brought me so much peace of mind to know that it would be safely done. I have children that live here and you can’t put a price on your life and it’s really sad and scary that so many other people are just willing to do the job however they have to even if it is not safe. I had THREE different companies tell me that it was completely safe to run my dryer even if the vent was not hooked up correctly THREE! And then I learned that it’s never safe with gas to run a dryer vent if it’s not properly hooked up because of carbon monoxide. Definately choose wisely when you’re choosing something like that if you’re involved with gas appliances it could cost you your life. Any future work I need done I will definitely be calling Justin at Comfort Solutions. Thank you Justin for being honest and putting my families safety first.
