Install of part he thought was needed 3 months ago...worked without for quite a while until today. They came over within the hour and replaced part quickly. So thankful for this company and service ❤️!

Eric Horn was very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job and got us up and running again quickly.

I've used Harley's for a few years with their yearly service agreement where you pay for both inspections (ac and heater) at one time and then if there are issues throughout the year the service calls are free and you just have to pay for parts. I called this past Friday night at 10pm when I tried to start my heater for the first time this fall and it wasn't working. They were out Saturday morning by 9:30am to get it going at no extra cost! Knowledgeable, professional, reasonable.....I love Harleys!!!

Great company! They have the nicest guys who know what they are doing and are very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Harley's was awesome. They came out within an hour of when I called when my furnace wouldn't start on the coldest day of the year. Eric actually figured out the true problem and fixed it, after another company had incorrectly solved the problem and convinced me to buy a new control board that turned out to be unnecessary.

I have use Harley's for several years and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. Brian came out this morning, he was early and did a great job.

This was a routine maintenance. Service professional took the time to answer all my questions. We have used Harley’s since Harley was the one doing our maintenance and have never had a reason to consider changing to another company.
