I did not use their service because I received a quote for $260 less for the same product and service. However, they were courteous and professional over the telephone and had they given me the price over the phone, I would have impulsively made the purchase because I had an actively leaking water heater. Emailing the quote is fine, but if you would like to increase sales you could quote prices verbally.

Will only be using Harley's going forward.

My AC unit outside broke so I called around. One place didn't call me back, another couldn't get out for a couple days. Eric, with Harley's came out the day I called and he couldn't have been better to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing and pleasant the entire time. The diagnosis was thorough and honest and he presented several options including both repair and replace.

We went with the repair option, which usually leads to less attention from the business as they don't make as much money. With Harley's that did not happen. Blake came out the next day to make the repair and was a complete pleasure to deal with. He ran into a problem with my 26-year old unit and ended up needing to replace the fan blade as well. The part was in Omaha and I immediately thought "great, probably won't see him for another week" because that's generally how those things go. But, Blake was back the very next morning and had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Even knocked off $150 because he ended up not needing to do something that was quoted (HONESTY!!!). Seriously a great outfit and the only call I will make with any future work!

Brody was professional and friendly. He was prompt and completed my service quickly. I was happy he suggested a service agreement to keep my appliances running properly and efficiently.

Harley's service was professional from the start. The person on the phone gave us something we could do to help the situation while we were waiting. Our technician was very professional.... knowledgeable & friendly. He knew what to do & got 'er done! We are planning to use Harley's to replace our unit this fall.
