Harley's Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used Harley’s twice for different issues in our home. They diagnosed and replaced our air conditioner in the middle of a very hot summer week. They are professional and go above and beyond to get the work done right and quickly. They also helped diagnose and fix a noisy pipe for us. We will only use them for any issue we have. Harley's heating and cooling staff assisted me in a time of crisis when my complete heating and cooling system had a catastrophic failure resulting in the need to have it replaced completely at the least opportunistic time. The assistance in getting the financing worked out and selecting the best priced and yet correct system for my home was instrumental in providing be piece of mind that my home would be cooled and heated reliably. Definitely the right company to use in this situation. There installation staff are very professional and proficient, they where able to install a complete heating and cooling system in one day, which required so reworking of duct work and ventilation in a home that is 120 years old, and not originally designed for such a system.

Really fantastic service with Harley’s Heating & A/C.
Eric was here today and cleaned our vents. Our house hasn’t had a vent cleaning ever before so they really got lots out of them. They even cleaned out our dryer and they were so thorough in all aspect of their service. Excellent!!

Considering nothing was really wrong, it was plenty pricey ($99+$99) -- to give it a check and reconditon certain aspects, the most important of which was a cleaning (also pulling out old misfitting filters jammed inside the filter space on the furnace, corrected me on filter size).

It dawns on me that I thought the deal wiith Home Depot included an annual inspection. Don't recall any. I will check with them.

The service man was fine. Courteous, personable, knowledgeable and willing to give me my money's worth within corporate restrictions.

On other appliances, Todd's has come out a few times to flip a reset switch or something minimal and charged nothing, so I swear by Todd's. As a senior on a fixed income, I may look around the next time I need service.

I returned from vacation on sun pm to find my a/c was out. I contacted Harley’s on mon am for a diagnostic; they came out Tuesday afternoon and told me I needed a new unit. The owner came & met with me Tuesday pm to go replacement options & costs. We’d my new a/c unit was installed by very nice and knowledgeable employees-especially enjoyed working with Eric. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing assistance.

We own a local daycare chain and we call Harley for our needs several times a year, and they never disappoint. So happy that we have them.

I called Harley's at 1 pm this afternoon with a heating issue. Brian called to let me know he was on the way by 3 pm. He was kind, courteous & explained the issue clearly and answered all my questions. I couldn't ask for a better experience and will definitely be using them for continual service.

I absolutely love the staff at Harley's Heating & Air! They are all very helpful and truly care. Our dryer wasn't completely drying our clothes. The appliance dealer suggested that we have our dryer vent cleaned. I called Harley's and Rick suggested that we have our duct vent to the dryer cleaned. The technicians were on time, very personal. They ended up taking out FIVE gallons of lint. Potential fire hazard. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely be calling them again and suggesting them to my friends!

I just had Harley's install 2 additional heating vents in my basement so we don't freeze to death down there this winter. What a change. You couldn't tell they haven't always been there. Price was very fair and only took and hour. Special thanks to Eric. So professional!
