Cool Concepts is the BEST to call for reliable, honest service. They bring the best service for a reasonable cost you you can count on! We use them for yearly service (8 years now) as well as anything that might need to be repaired in our system!

These guys do great work. They showed up on time, did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and kept me informed throughout the process. During the bidding process James asked me questions about what I wanted, and gave suggestions on what was needed to do the job right. James and his crew know what they are doing and they stick to their word. I can't say enough good things about the job they did.

James is the best. AC went out, hottest day of the year of course. He was at my house within 2 hours after my call. AC was back on in 15 minutes. Genuine guy, great service!

Awesome customer service, and a great price. I was having problems hooking up my gas dryer and they came right over and hooked it up. James made it super easy for me and even explained how he did it so the next time I hook up a gas appliance I would be able to do myself.
