Jonathan was professional, helpful, courteous, and even explained the issue and how to check certain maintenance issues on my own in the future. This was the most excellent service from an HVAC company we've ever had.

I love the work done by Air Comfort Heating & Coling. Guys were on time and work was excellent. We did a 3 zone system in our home, not knowing how much difference that would make. Ask Bart to go over a zoned system, best thing ever.
We also did heated floor in my shop, talk about nice heat. Love it.

Mike performed the spring maintenance check on my air conditioner. He was prompt, friendly and professional. We realized he had been one of my 4th grade students, so we had some catching up to do.
During this COVID crisis, I appreciated the fact that he took all precautions for my safety and his. I was impressed with how the office managed this too. They asked many pertinent questions about my contact with (or lack of) the virus. That was reassuring.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with your sales representatives and installers. My experience started with Holly Jackson after my Heat Pump went out June 19, 2020. She met me at my house on June 22nd and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the systems and provided me with her expert opinion on the best option for my home. I also contacted another company for an estimate and Holly is the reason I went with AirComfort. She answered all of my questions and I knew I would be a valued customer.

After I signed the contract I added a couple of items and Holly was always prompt with returning my calls. The install started on 7/2 however due to COVID and the Holiday some of the equipment was delayed so the job was finished on 7/6. Holly not only apologized for the delay but provided me with ongoing updates on when the installers would be back to finish. You definitely have an employee that excels at customer service.

My positive experience with your company continued with the installers. Wayne and the other installer were professional and provided me with verbal updates as they worked through the install. At the completion of the install Wayne made sure I understood how the system worked and answered my questions.

Wayne and his partner did a great job of installing our new unit and figuring out what was wrong with our main unit after having it looked at twice before them! They took their time to answer the questions we had and give us suggestions!

Liked that we were reminded were due for service. Technician was personable, courteous and prompt. Replacement air filter was not over priced.
