Air Comfort Heating & Cooling

I just had air comfort install a furnace, water heater and central air. Chris was extremely helpful in helping me with the system set-up. I live in an old building built in 1871 and in the past when i have hired contractors they see that the building is old and they begin to cut corners and acquire the this should be good enough attitude. Not so with Air Comfort. The two installers were professional and from watching them work and the finished install took a lot of pride in doing the job right. Rare in this day and age. My entire family has over the years had them do installs and every time it was done right and with pride in the workmanship. My hat is off to the owners and the crew they have.

Russ & James did an amazing job installing our new furnace and AC unit. Not only were they professional at their job they were very outgoing to show how all the new systems work along with showing me why it was time to get rid of the old system. Very informative!! They also watched over our favorite 4 legger pets while we were at work taking very good care of them!! Couldn't ask for a better experience starting from the initial visit with the repairman, to our awesome saleswoman who gave us a great deal on a new system to the final install by Russ and James. Truly a company that cares!!

Great customer service through the whole process from scheduling to the maintenance of our AC. Ian our technician was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the issues and recommendations. By the time he left all of the issues had been fixed.

Wes did a great job during our spring/summer A/C maintenance check. He was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. He thoroughly examined our system. As our system is aging he explained in detail the obstacles we could face in the future.

Outstanding customer experience. Starting from the initial visit from Holly (great advice and very knowledgeable both on A/C and heating) for our home. Then the scheduling of the installation - since its summer, they did the A/C first morning, then did the heating second (well thought out).
Russ and his assistant were tidy, organized, and got the install done in a day and a morning. And made it look easy. Experts tend to do that.
Final note - we went with the quality of Lenox and can already tell the difference. Very quiet. I look forward to figuring out every year how much the energy savings the new units will save me.
