The team we had out here really knew their staff Russ was very competent technician and his two apprentices were hard workers knew what they were doing we were really impressed with their knowledge and their capabilities the materials that were used are high-quality and they were installed in a very professional manner we are quite satisfied

I’m thankful there’s a company like Air Comfort to help us. Seems like to many businesses their customers are a bother. Never felt that way with them. Besides being technically good they treat my family like friends. Fairly priced (way better if you consider how good their service is) and always helpful. My kids like their new trucks too! Thanks for keeping us safe AND comfortable!

This is our second year for a heating check up. Ian seems very good at what he does. This time there was a little hiccup with our service appt as there was a part that was to be replaced but was not communicated to Ian. He took it in stride and was able to run back and get the part. Chris assisted in getting the part the night before as it had not been ordered. Thank you to Chris as well!

I called this morning about getting help for my grandmother. With the dip in temperature her furnace was not working and the normal company pushed her to the side. Knowing the temperature is going to get cold again I didn't want my 86 year old grandmother to be without a working furnace. In calling this morning there was a technician out this afternoon. He stayed for several hours to assure he was able to diagnose the problem. In doing that he was able to tell her what was wrong and also advise the furnace was on its last leg. He is bring parts tomorrow to get it fixed and able to use plus bring an estimate for a new one. He was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything. There were no hidden fees or charges. I feel so blessed to know this company is taking care of my grandmother, especially because I live 900 miles from her. I would recommend this business to anyone hands down!!! Thank you all for your dedication to help those who need it and taking you time to do it right!

This is the 2nd time we have called Air Comfort to work on our HVAC since we bought our home. Ian came out the first time and was so knowledgeable and thorough, that they were our 1st call when our AC went out this weekend.

Just so happened that Ian was our tech again and got us cooling very quickly!!

My air conditioner went out and they were able to make it to the house the same day. We decided to buy a new unit and they gave us a few options and explained what they choices were and why we needed a certain size of unit. When my husband and I decided to use this company they were able to schedule us within days, the unit was installed and they cleaned up after themselves very well. We even received a check up phone call to make sure everything was working as needed.
