I Called at 5.15pm, Chris was here by 5.45pm, replaced my capacitor, and was gone by 6.30pm. Fair, honest and great to work with. His card is now permanently posted next to my thermostat. I highly recommend him to everyone. The type of person you want to do business with.

Called Solutions Heating and Air main phone at 10:30 pm on a Friday after our air stopped working in 90-100 degree days, (Chris answered the phone!). I called Solutions when I realized my furnace was not heating my home with a wind chill of -17 outside! Chris (the owner) called me back & then sent someone over that NIGHT to check things out. It was determined the motor was done. My son brought over some space heaters to get me through the night. Chris called the next morning and said there were no motors for my furnace in Omaha. He said he would bring over additional heaters and over night a motor for the next day. OK HERES WHERE IT GETS NUTS! Chris called me back & said he was on his way to St Joe MO because they had my motor in stock. He drove to St Joe 1 1/2hrs one way in icy cold conditions to pick up my part. Who does that for their customers? I have never met nor done business with Chris prior to this. So in my world he gets an A+++ for customer service.! He deserves your business.
