I called solutions heating and air conditioning at about 3:30 on Saturday afternoon because my air conditioner was not working. of course it was 100° outside. Amanda, I believe her name is, answered the phone when I called Solution’s and was so helpful and kind. They were probably the eighth or ninth company I tried to call with no luck from any of the others.
I live in Blair and was not expecting any kind of service on a Saturday afternoon from a company an hour away in Bellevue. Steven Younglove showed up about 5:30pm that same Saturday. He was awesome! He was at my house for about an hour and got everything up and running again. I will definitely use this company again and will tell everyone I know about them. Thank you so much solutions heating and air-conditioning for the awesome service!!

Chris was prompt and honest. We had an issue with our a/c unit and he came out that day when other places couldn't. He was upfront and honest about the issues and our options and he stayed until the job was complete to be sure my family was comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

We called Chris from Solutions when our AC went out. It’s 106 with heat index today. a weekend, and we couldn’t get anyone to come out. Unfortunately we live outside of their service area. He could have just told me that and hung up. Instead he referred me to someone who DOES work in our area and gave me their cell number. We were able to get them to come the same evening and now our AC is up and running! Thank you for caring about customers even when they aren’t yours!

These guys are 100 percent awesome. They got to my house swiftly and fixed my AC in a decent amount of time. Steven and Chris were very professional and they explained the issue to me in an easy to understand manner. They were knowledgable on what was going on and definitely knew what they were doing. I highly reccomend this service.

I called in a panic when the AC stopped putting out cold air (after a power bump). Matt answered and explained about a 5 to 10 min delay in the AC unit after losing power (or turning off the AC). He told me to turn on the AC and if it doesn't start cooling to call him back and he will be right over. Well, long story short, he was correct, the AC started cooling. I call back, thank him and said from now on, Solutions will be our goto for all our AC/Heating needs. I need to explain, we have never used Solutions before. These are some really nice people.

Phenomenal service by Steven Y and his associate! They did not drag their feet to get an extra hour out of me and not only solved the issue I hired them for but solved an underlying issue quickly, cleanly and effectively! I don't want to have any further HVAC issues, but if I do, this is where I will go hands down!

Scheduled our service maintenance and received great service from Solutions Heating and Air. The tech was very professional. I like that they kept in mind this whole COVID situation and emailed my report for me to keep for records.

Had Solutions Heating and Air install a whole-house humidifier. 2 workers showed up right on time, knocked it out in about an hour, showed us the operation and maintenance basics, and everyone was satisfied. Fantastic company with competitive pricing. Would absolutely hire this company again!
