Jason was early to the scheduled appt. Gave me good ideas on options to fix the issue as well as a reasonable rate to fix it. Then scheduled the repair while he was there so I knew when he coming back. I'll follow up w/ the results of the work.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I would not recommend Pro Tech to anyone. I called to schedule service, and was told someone would call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later, after not receiving a call back, I called again. The lady who answered was incredibly rude and condescending. I explained what had taken place and her response was "Well I don't know anything about that because I just got here, but if you want a tech's phone number you can schedule an appointment yourself." WHAT????? I should get in touch with a tech and schedule the service MYSELF?? Then why do they have you as a secretary??? I promptly hung up and called PerfecTemp of Billings. They were happy to help me and came out right away to take care of my issue. Pro Tech sucks, don't go with them. PerfecTemp is far superior in service and reliability.

I had a big sewer clog which was under my driveway. The job required saw cutting and removal of the slab. They excavated down to the pipe and then bored out the clog. They installed a double "Y" clean out, put in new pipe and backfilled. Very professional with no unpleasant surprises or "extras". Cal, James, and Frank are great. Frank can work a #2 shovel until it cries for mercy! TOP NOTCH

It is 1:00 pm. My appointment was for 11:00 am. There has been no call.

If things improve, I'll update this review. But this is a hell of a first impression.

Update: I called them at two. The dispatcher called the tech. He'd had some sort of emergency. I understand that: he should have called.

We're rescheduled for Monday. I'll update again . . .

We had an issue at our basement apartment with a backed up sink; the technician came out on a Saturday Night at 8pm and had it fixed within the hour; fast, reliable, professional, service. Even offered some tips on how to avoid this in the future.

Mitch come over to fix some plumbing. He was fast and explained everything while he was working.

Price is what I expected. I will call pro-tech for all my plumbing needs.

I used them a lot, but last few times disappointed. Have had to finish up, level and support some of their work. Replace crooked short chimney.
One tech re-leveled furnace. By doing so broke duct work loose, which left about a 1/2 or 5/8 inch gap. With that big of a gap the tape will not stay, it dries and comes loose. Anyway after talking to management about it and paying for two more service calls I had to figure out a way to plug the gap myself and re tape it. Could go on some more but will stop at that.
But no, I do not recommend them and I will be looking else where next time I need help.

Yesterday our furnace was making a weird noise and tripped the braker 2xs. Ernest, was quick to solve the problem and get all the parts to get it back to the way it used to be. We have had him work on some of our other properties and he always knows what to do and how to do it. Thanks, ProTech, you are there for us!!

We had a furnace problem on a very cold New Years Day. Thomas braved icy roads and a nasty wind to fix it in a jiffy.
Totally professional. Incredibly pleasant. Much appreciated.

I really like ProTech. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They do very good work.
