Doug Norman and his crew did an amazing job considering everything that happened. We were selling the house and the sewer was scoped and it was found that it needed to be replaced. Doug work with us on the estimate and they got to work right way. Well when putting the sprinkler back together there was an issue that caused part of the basement to get flooded. I called Doug and with in Minutes he was at my house accessing the situation. With in an hour he had Faithful Restoration there cleaning it up Doug did not leave until everything was set up took 2 days to get everything dried out and cleaned up. Doug made sure everything was taken care of. One thing that was most impressive he kept me posted either by way phone call or text on the progress of everything. Thank you Doug you really helped us and we made it to the closing date on our house we appreciate it!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. An hour and a half late. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were the only good experience. They looked at my water heater and realized it would take extra then the quote. (Which I understood why that was the case) When I talked to the owner Rick he was extremely rude to me when I asked for a quote for the new job and that I would like to compare with some other companies. Very unprofessional. The 2 gentleman who showed up in place of the original tech could only unhook the old water heater and I would have to wait until the original tech could make his way to my home to put in the new one. Thank you to the 2 men who were at my house.. You were very polite and I appreciate you two.

Was referred to them because they are a Carrier installer. 2 year old install and ac compressor went out. Was told it was out of warranty and they were on the spot with price for selling me a new unit. Contractor that originally installed it called Carrier(even though he is not a Carrier dealer anymore) and they sent a new compressor. You need to fix what your represent and not try to sell replacements for products that are under warranty

Called PRO TECH yesterday, they were here with in an hour after 5 p.m. very nice gentlemen, they worked very hard to try to-fix the septic issue with the frozen weather, cleaned the filter out in septic out side, came in home found out there was a cap off down stairs and helped us to fix the problem told us what we needed to do next to fix the bad smell in home. Let us know if this don't work to call them back they would be right out. MITCH and CALVIN cared very much in makeing us feel better about our issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The call was way less in price compared to others also. THANKS GUYS!!!!THE HARMONS

I want to say a HUGE Thank you to the emergency tech for his help last night! He came out even though there was nothing he could do to help and helped me figure out where the broken water line was! I was able to get the water shut off before he arrived but my yard was flooding. He was willing to help in any way he could but didn't need to pump as the water was freezing already and started to drain off into the street. So Thank you so much for all your help as no other company was willing to help.

Doug from ProTech is top notch! I am a real estate agent with a house for sale with water damage from a leak and the home owners in a different town. Doug was professional and fast to respond every time! He was in constant contact and took pictures every step of the way. They fixed the leak but also had to take out sheetrock and replace. You would never know the sheetrock was ever removed and replaced. Great job ProTech and great job Doug!!! Thank you!

I was really happy to hear that my bill was $100 more than the Roto Rooter. This was a simple main line cleaning that took 20 min max they charged $250. If the kid would've used the bigger snake with an attachment on the end it would've been done in 10 min. Do yourself a favor and call Sewer Pro.

I had to call the plumber back 3 times to repair errors such as hot water running to the toilet, mixer taps installed the wrong way and cold water supply run to the dishwasher. The plumber was clearly under or suffering for the effects of alcohol by the look and smell of things on more than one occasion. I even had one cancellation as I later found out my plumber was in jail! I rightly withheld $400 of the $1300 payment and all ProTech could do was report me to a collection agency rather than apologize. Terrible customer service and I now have to take them & the collection agency to court to clean my credit report. Avoid this company at all costs.

Came and fixed my leaking water heater. Installed a shut-off valve on the inside of the house should there be a next time!

I had a pipe burst and called them at 12:45 am with a flooded basement. The service said they dispatched there call guy and I would receive a call. At 1:22am called back and she said she did get a hold of the call guy and he would call me......Called back at 1:28 to see if I needed to call another company. She said she assumed so since they weren't calling back. Called at 3:45 am to get names as I am so disappointed and she tells me she will have the owner call me. It is now 4:40 am and no plumber, no call, no 24 hour emergency service. Definitely disappointing to say the least!
