Jason from pro tech came out and fixed some stuff for us today. He was awesome. Funny guy, got everything fixed quickly, and their rates are great, especially for us living out of town. I'd recommend them to anyone. They've done previous work on our ac and plumbing in the past, and do a great job.

The techs were fast and detailed. Our water heater literally blew up and they came out within a week to install a new one. The techs worked fast and provided updates throughout the process.

Fast and effective service! Called on a Friday afternoon and within a few hours they showed up and repaired heating system. Have used them for years, always great prompt service.

Approximately 9AM I was in touch with Rick and explained I had a leak that needed fixing in one of my bathrooms, plus I also needed a replacement commode installed in another bathroom. (My existing one had crazed cracking.) He advised he could get to me today to perform my repairs. His tech Denny then called within 30-40 minutes to ask if he could come immediately! WOW! Two hours later, all repairs/replacements were made! I had some other plumbing issues in my basement, and because of the EXCEPTIONAL service I received, I asked Denny to take a peek and give me his thoughts (and a quote) on what could be done to solidify my 40-year old plumbing down there. He showed me what could be done, fully explaining everything. I asked him to make it happen -- he said he could be back this afternoon or tomorrow! "Hired," I said! What a joy to work with home-town, honest folks who deliver what they said they would! I highly recommend ProTECH Mechanical for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs! This company & employees are the very BEST! We had to replace a 67+ yr old sewer line. Our newly planted garden was over the old sewer pipes.
The professional crew (Louis, James & CC) detoured around the garden and saved our tomatoes & corn. We also had a 20 foot galvanized kitchen sink pipe that was clogged end to end with maybe 1/8th " drainage. The old pipe was cut out, replaced with PVC pipe & the mess was cleaned up in 2 hours. This local Billings company is amazing, caring honest and fair, and we Highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful. Wonderful office staff. Wonderful techs. Speedy service. It's like dealing with neighbors-people you know and can trust. I paid a bit more than some others but I got a great warranty with around the clock service from great people. And won't have the hassle of third party servicemen should the need arise. Quality. Excellence. These are your guys. And gals.

Had to have my sewer line replaced under my house. Doug and his crew came out and were very professional, friendly, and timely! Within two days it was done start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the work they did! Thank you!

Called 3 1/2 hours ago for a simple plumbing job. We have called twice. This last call we were told the tech was given our information two hours ago. The woman who answered said she would have the tech call us. Still nothing. I will update my review if anyone ever calls or shows up. Not impressed.
Edit: finally called to cancel. Dispatch was surprised we didn’t hear from their tech.

I cant say enough GREAT THINGS about this company!! In a world of "Leave a message" and people only working during the weekdays..Their servicemen have always been there,..PRO-GRADE and Friendly. I have had issues with both Plumbing and HVAC and of course it NEVER happens during the working hours..well Pro Tech always had a human to answer the phone no matter what time, as well as a truck on the way....and the issues turned out to be rather serious. They helped me out in every way and didn't waist time fixing them. I ended up purchasing a central air system for my home and it has performed even better than the salesman promised as well as the dollar amounts on my power bill ( Savings ) BRAVO GUYS!!!

I want to give a BIG shout-out to ProTech Mechanical's team! I had contracted them to install Central Air in my home. The guys called me about 20 mins. prior to their arrival, to let me know they were en route. I found this to be very courteous, and appreciated the call. When they arrived, they did nothing but work tirelessly until the job was complete - no goofing off! I couldn't even bribe them with a glass of iced tea.

During the installation, the Rob and Matt noticed that the main line that brings natural gas into my furnace was very loose - in fact, I was losing a LOT of natural gas. (ProTech did not install my furnace, by the way) They quickly fixed this unknown problem, and in doing so, probably saved my family's lives and protected my home form a natural gas explosion. I have lived there for a year, and never knew this deadly problem existed!

My gratitude is great for their attention to detail, and the speed at which they accomplished the job. The price was more than fair, and I have a 2 year warranty on the work. They cleaned up nicely, even insulated around the hole they had to drill in my siding to connect some lines to my furnace and AC Unit. They even brought a pad to rest the AC Unit on, as I do not have concrete in my yard. I am not a "review writer", but if you need any work done on your furnace, hot water heater, AC, or plumbing - I give ProTech Mechanical a 5-star rating!
