They left inflow water line to commode open after replacing the intake valve and flooded the upstairs bath room soaking the wall to wall carpet with water which ran through and destroyed some of the downstairs bathroom ceiling. 35 days later and many phone calls, Ed came out and repaired the ceiling nicely. Ed was efficient and polite, the owner as not.
I would definitely not use Alpine again.

I only use alpine for any of my plumbing, heat, or air conditioning needs. Super friendly, very well priced, and overall a great company to work with.

I called Alpine for a bid on replacing the water and drain lines throughout my house. It took 4 days to get someone here to do the estimate. The man doing the estimate (the owner, according to his business card) spent approximately 5 minutes looking things over. He was not friendly and acted as though we were wasting his time. He barely spoke to us and did not give us a chance to explain what we wanted/needed done. As he was leaving we asked if he had any idea what we would be looking at for cost and he said we would get something in the mail. More than a week later we received the estimate in the mail ( just as another company was finishing the work we needed) and we were shocked. The estimate was for work we did not ask for totaling over $51,000. It was also noted on the estimate that a request for a breakdown of the bid would cost $125. For comparison, the plumbers we hired had a bid to us via e-mail within 24 hours, the work completed 4 days later and were very friendly and professional. And the cost was $47,000 less than Alpine.

Mike and Zach were awesome. I was expecting a bigger bill for for my water heater but it was just an expansion tank issue. They didn't take advantage of the situation and took care of me.

They were polite and responsive on the phone and were able to quickly take advantage of a cancellation in their schedule to get our AC working again. Very much appreciated their efforts!

Alpine Plumbing and Don in particular has done a couple of jobs for us and he is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We just did a kitchen remodel and had to coordinate the cabinet and countertop guys, electrician and a plumber. Alpine was very flexible and made it possible to have Don there when we needed him. We will be needing their services again soon and I would recommend them to anyone.

The quality of service and the knowledge of their staff is outstanding. I highly recommend Alpine Plumbing. If you cant find the part you need, they will go to all lengths to find it for you, as they did with me, beings I want to keep my home as original as the day it was built. Also I had to have the hot water heater replaced. Because of the uniqueness of where it is placed, they had an exact match, where others told me they couldn't find one for that space & wanted me to go tankless, which was way over my budget. Thank you for the work you have done for me.

It seems every time I have to call Alpine it is because of an emergency! Always an immediate need. No matter how busy they are they get me an experienced plumber quickly. Very professional and they always clean up so nice when the job is done. I have been very satisfied with their service!

Alpine has done work at both my home and job. They have been a life saver on more than one occasion! From major repairs to just a water heater needing replaced. They were fast and efficient and very friendly!!

I called Alpine with a supposed leak. My first contact was with reception who was FANTASTIC and very professional. She was very knowledgeable and was able to find an opening. Joe called later to let me know he was on the way. Joe was very helpful and solved the problem quickly. Not only was he helpful, but extremely professional and had great customer service.
