I have a leak in my crawl space, it is wet, smells and the access hole to the crawl space is very small. This I all understand. But when I asked the owner of this company, Robert Tehle, what am I supposed to do if no one will help me? His extremely rude and unprofessional response was "look, you go in there first and I will follow you" Alpine won't ever get a call from me again.

My boiler wasn’t heating my home. I called at 9 am, the technician/James arrived at 12:30 and had the problem corrected by 1:30. James was personable, professional, knowledgeable & had the necessary part needed in his truck.
(I’d contacted another company & they told me the earliest appointment was 10 days away & if I made an appointment & cancelled it, they would charge me anyway.)
I HIGHLY recommend this company & will always contact them for any further issues…. EXCELLENT SERVICE, quick response.

I almost got ripped off. I've never left a negative review, but this was just unethical.

I called needing a simple hot water valve stem / handle change on a bath tub as the handle had broken off. Customer service was friendly, plumber came and looked a the issue. However, they claimed that they could not remove the cover plate from the valve and had to cut into the wall tile to do a full valve system change. They estimated $1,400 to do the work, and then I would need a schedule tile contractor to come clean up after - God knows how much that would have costed me.

I called back in and questioned their assessment and challenged them, saying it did not make sense that they'd need to rip into the wall to do the work as I have a pretty good understanding of what needed to be done (I am a couple hours away and this is my rental property so I couldn't do the repair). The gal on the phone firmly stood by the assessment and essentially said "this is what we have to do, it's not possible to replace just the handle." HA! What a joke!

I called R&R Faucet repair, and Leon fixed the issue in less than an hour for $170. Long story short, DO NOT just take their word for it. If you get an estimate, get a second opinion. This was a shameful experience.

Robert went above and beyond for us. He knows how to keep his customers happy. Would recommend them any day, all day. They will be my first call on the next and final project. Thank you Alpine Plumbing and Heating!!

We love these guys! They are the best! We've had them do a lot of work for us over the years from installing A/C, heating, new water and sewer lines during a remodel, to installing a gas line to a new gas fireplace we had installed, a hot water heater to our kitchen sink and a hot water heater for our house. They are always kind, professional and mostly they treat our jobs as those it were their own. Especially in emergencies:) We highly recommend them!

First experience was great. Last was frustrating, didnt seem like the the tech capable of diagnosing the problem. Had him out 3 times. And called another company in between. They were finally able to take care if issue but long road

They always send 2 techs, so double the $145/hr. AND if you get an estimate for the job, they charge that overbidded estimate, regardless of the work they actually did. And they WAY overpromise the job, do much less and charge the bid. $1250 to move a gas line for my stove. Even with the inflated hours, it comes in at $450, but they are saying because I accepted the estimate I have to pay that amount. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!

We felt like we had exhausted our resources with getting the leak fixed in our home. Finally, someone recommended alpine plumbing to us and with the first call, they were confident they would be able to help us. Scott was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did the work in half the time, for half the cost we were quoted by a different company. They have our business from here on out.

My water heater gave up the ghost in the midst of -20 degree weather on a Saturday morning. After suffering without hot water for the weekend, I called Alpine first thing Monday morning. Kenny was sent to check everything out, and he delivered the bad news that I would need a new water heater, but that they could bring a crew the next day. They sent a crew of three who not only installed the new water heater, but checked my furnace, replaced the filter, and shoveled my walk. They went above and beyond, and did a timely and superb job. I could not be happier, and recommend them without qualification.
