I was looking for a local business and not a huge commercial business to get the customer service aspect most companies have moved away from. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and defeintly know what's good service. I defeintly recieved it all from this small business. The estimate process, install and final touch ups of the project were so easily streamlined and efficient. I would recommend them over and over again. wow !! what a great warranty they carry on their products as well. Thanks for taking care of my home with a whole new AC/Hvac system. The BEST part of the whole process was when they were able to give us loner Window units, until they were able to schedule us in. VERY UNHEARD OF, and this sealed the deal for us to go with them.

We ended up getting referred my our Realtor when we were looking for a second opinion. The technician got us working for the time being and gave us time until we needed a full replacement.

We ended up having to get a full replacement due to our system being over 20 years old. They graciously gave us credit on our system from what we already paid in service calls.

The install technicians were extremely professional, had to remove some shelving in our utility room but put them back up where they were and their cleanup was amazing.

We ended up getting a whole house humidifier as well and it did wonders for our sleep that same night.

Highly recommend this company and am looking forward to continuing our relationship for all our heating and cooling needs!

Our go to company for heating and cooling needs/repair. Great customer service and always get us worked in. They will work with you on payment and even offered temporary AC when ours went out during a heat wave and they had to wait on a part. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had the best experience with Ark! I manage a wedding venue and needed to get someone out quickly and they were on it the next day! The office manager Samantha is so nice and very responsive. I appreciated how quickly she got someone here even when they were already so booked out. She went above and beyond. The guys that came out were prompt and professional. Because of our experience we went ahead and signed up to get regular maintenance from them!

The guys from Ark were on time, professional and did excellent work. And they weren’t offended by my new puppy helping them. 😊 They also discovered a plumbing issue I was unaware of and helped with that. Excellent company all around.

Samantha’s communication and responsiveness was amazing. We had a very difficult install in dealing with our home warranty co. and Samantha was there for us every part of the way, notifying us constantly when any new communication was received on her end in order to keep the process moving. Once the equipment was in, the install went perfectly and our new HVAC system is performing better than we ever could have expected. Thank you so much Samantha and Ark!!

When it was time for me to get a new unit in my home, Ark was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process of installing a new AC/heating unit. They answered all my questions and helped me through every step of the way getting my new unit installed. I also could not find a better deal for the quality of AC unit that I received. They even lent me some window units to keep my place cool through the hot summer days while I waited for install day. Install day was a breeze, as they got everything done in a timely manner and left everything clean and tidy once done. I couldn’t be happier with my new unit and I would Highly recommend Ark Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a new AC unit or just for general repairs.

Best experience ever for home duct cleaning! Answered all of our questions and concerns, showed up on time and worked nearly a full day to get our entire house done. Very responsive with all of our followup questions.

After a few days, the dust is almost entirely eliminated. Should have done this a long time ago. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned.
