We’re long-time customers and have nothing but good things to say: the people are great, from the owners to the front office to the to the repair folks. Everyone shows up when they say, is super polite and professional, very thorough but most of all, fit solutions to our needs.

Both Steve and Gary were very professional. The arrived on time and before starting the job covered carpeting with drop clothes. After the installation was complete they removed the old unit leaving the area very clean. Also asked them about coming back in August to service our boiler. Would highly recommend them.

My AC all of the sudden wasn't getting cool. I called Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent Tyler out within the hour. He checked the unit out, identified the problem right away and had it fixed within 30 minutes. And the cost for the service call was only $129. He had to replace a cut electrical line outside. I would highly recommend Kirkwood Heating & Air!

This company earns straight A's from us. We've used them for spring/fall AC-furnace service for years, plus we've bought, over the years, a new furnace and AC system from them, plus water heater repair. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and cost conscious. Highly recommended.

Left my faimly waiting for a week, over promissed during consultation, and doesn’t respond timely. When they did respond, they claimed to be too busy to even quote the job after saying I would have a quote a week prior. Sounds like a group that doesn't have the skills to perform residential work. Avoid this company. They did this to me, they will do this to you. If I could upload the voice mail I have from them here, I would.

Guys arrived right on time, started working and were very professional. Finished job and cleaned up, kept me informed all along about progress.

This is not my first experience with KHAC, but again it has been very satisfying. Everyone is always very customer oriented.

Jeff hooked us up on a Saturday in July when our A/C stopped working. He fixed it in about 20 minutes and saved us a weekend of misery. We will definitely use them again -- awesome service.
