Of course when it finally gets warm my AC would start to act up. I searched around for local AC repair companies and after reading the reviews on McQuerry I decided to shoot them a message on their website since it was after hours. I was surprised to receive a phone call from Ron the very next morning at 8am. Luckily I live within a mile from his office so he was able to be at my house within 10 Minutes! He was very professional and upfront about everything. Ended up that there was a wiring issue when I switched to a smart Thermostat. Ron was able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix it and even fix a few problems other repair companies left that would have turned into issues down the road. I will absolutely be using them for future AC/Heating needs. For anyone around the Wildwood area I would highly recommend calling them for a quote.

The air conditioning went out on one of our units (on a very hot day). I called early in the morning and a tech arrived by late afternoon. Victor was very knowledgeable; found the problem quickly. He replaced the part that was defective and we were good to go. We have found McQuerry's to be very customer service oriented. Everyone is kind, helpful, and the few issues we have had with our systems have always been taken care of usually in the same day.

The McQuerry's provide incredible service. I have had to call on them in 3 emergency conditions - AC out during extreme heat, No furnace heat during the Xmas holiday over three years. Each time Ron came out and got us going - once when he was suffering from the flu and his wife Teresa, kicked him out of bed to help us. The last episode the Saturday before 2016 Thanksgiving for our vintage HVAC was alas dead again - the last straw. Their service tech came out the following morning and diagnosed repairs simply not worth making. Ron was out hunting and couldn't be reached. It was cold and Ron's wife Teresa drove over some portable space heaters they had at home to help us get by. Ron's first stop on Monday morning was our home and we worked on an excellent choice for my family's needs. They installed both furnace and ac the next day. The heat never felt so good.

I really cannot say enough good things about my experience and Ron and his team at McQuerry's One Hour. They worked tirelessly over two long days to install a new furnace, whole house humidifier, high efficiency A/C, a nice touchscreen "communicating" thermostat, an electrostatic filter, seven new runs in the ductwork to new registers, and added a 16ft loop of ductwork to the cool air return that virtually eliminates the loud, disruptive noise we used to hear when the system was running. These are the great people and businesses we need to support locally!

We service our clients needs fast and as affordable as the expenses of owning a business can let us. Our techs are well trained, have great attitudes,and care about our clients as if they are their own family. Of course our furnace would go out on the coldest day of the year (so far) and on a Sunday! Ron arrived quickly and had our furnace running in no time and it runs better than ever. He also went above and beyond to fix some other issues created by other service companies and helped out a neighbor who called us complaining about their furnace while he was there.

I had my furnace and ac serviced for over 30 years by other companies and no one ever did the testing and checking that Mc Querry did and at a lower cost. They told me what to watch out for but never pushed to replace a lot of items. I Will us them from now on. Suggest you give them a call, you will be very happy you did.
