Fantastic prompt service. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. A thorough check was done to my fireplace and for quite a bit less than other locations I called. I will definitely be using Jones Heating and Cooling again!

Paul is a genius. Figured out dead thermostat due to bent float switch, I probably did this by stepping on it. Paul explained many details and tricks to help me understand my advanced heating system. Another 5-star Jones Heating and Cooling staff member. The arrangements for scheduling were also terrific, which was appreciated, since the temperature in my kitchen was 50 degrees and dropping.

Annual air conditioning tune up: Paul showed up on time with a glowing smile and dove right in. Everything checked out, he changed the air filter with one I had present since it was needed and let me know there wasn't a surge protector on my blower motor, and, while my blower will run fine without it, he has one on the truck he could put on, if I wanted to buy it. We went with it, couldn't be happier.

We had our A/C serviced by Aaron the other day. He was outstanding. He was totally professional, honest regarding our A/C, and answered all of our questions fully. He also offered tips to help us be more efficient with our thermostat and fan settings. We have been customers of Jones Heating and Cooling for years and people like Aaron as well as the other service reps that have visited our home is the reason for our long relationship.

John was a very nice and personable man to communicate with on our ac equipment. he is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He did the job right away and he was very informative about what he did and what caused it. Bravo!

I was very impressed with the service i got from this company. Despite being at midnight and on a Sunday, their technician arrived promptly. He was professional, respectful and thorough. He explained the cause of the problem to me and was able to fix it very quickly. His charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
