Just had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Jones Heating and Cooling. They did a great job. The whole process from deciding on the right furnace and AC unit to the installation was very smooth. Love my new furnace which is quieter than the old one. Mike and his team came out to set up the new AC and it is great. Much quieter than old unit! Thanks Kern Heating for a job well done!

The service tech, Paul is fantastic. He will make suggestions but never has there been a hard sell. I would not think of switching to another HVAC company.

We moved in to our new house two weeks ago and in the event of the house being very cold, I turned on the heater. Too much dust flowed out of the vents and all became a coughing and sneezing affair. I immediately called in Jones Heating and Cooling and Sam came in immediately. He did the cleanup of the heater and immediately became in order. We tested and the system worked properly as it should am glad he sorted me out and we had a good night sleep for the day. I gladly recommend them.

Our service tech Mike was awesome! He came over to diagnose the issue with our furnace and boiler system. He was super professional and informative, and helped explain everything that was wrong with the unit. Would definitely recommend!

David was skilled and considerate! He efficiently serviced my furnace and hot water heater. He also answered several questions I had regarding maintenance and care. He took a tricky situation and helped solve it adding some future initiatives to consider. I will definitely have him come by in the spring to look at my AC and gas line.
