One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Lee's Summit

Had a system installed at our old home by One Hour and they did an excellent job....fast forward to today l. Our new homes AC quit blowing cold air..called One Hour and I had a guy out within 4hrs on a Saturday. I know this probably isn't the norm but One Hour has always been a good company to work with. Our HVAC Tech George was very professional and courteous. Even joined Comfort Club Membership, just makes sense!

When we turned on our air conditioner on a Sunday and it didn't work, One Hour came out that day and added a part that made it work. We knew we needed a new system. A person came that same day to show us our options and they were able to install it on Monday. It was installed by a team who worked efficiently and were personable and respectful.

Our AC wasn’t pumping out cold air, so our house was 80°! We called One Hour, and they were able to send a technician to our house within two days. The tech diagnosed our issue and helped us fix it in no time. Would recommend!

Their technician came two days before they predicted, because his schedule allowed, which was a huge relief. He did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue and found it to be small problem that could easily be fixed. He told me about my options for future maintenance with the company but did push me to buy anything. He was polite and professional. I will use this company again!

Matt was excellent and extremely thorough with his annual check. He explained everything to me. He washed the units which no one has ever done! I prefer only him to come for my next maintenance check in the fall. Great company and they come when scheduled! Thanks

I got home from vacation and my air-conditioner had stop working while away. I called one hour and they arrived an hour later had my problem fixed in a half an hour and am cool again. William, the technician, was very professional and double checked his work. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Chase was wonderful! Came out right away and it took some work but figured out the issue. We only moved in a few days ago so were unable to provide any insight… just knew the heat stopped. He was able to work through old wiring and get us heat within the hour which was fabulous since we have four thermostats and zones. Professional and polite, he explained his findings and gave us deep insight into the HVAC systems. Very inexpensive! Happy to have found this Company
