Quick service. Great technician!! Very reliable company

Moved into a new home that had an A/C unit still under warranty. After two warranty repair calls they just replaced the unit free of charge with no hassle. Great customer service when I call and I had good experiences with all four technicians that repaired and then replaced my unit. Good explanations of the issues found and honest discussions regarding possible expenses.

I've had a few technicians from OneHour out to do maintenance, repairs, & installation. All of them have been professional. Their communication is wonderful, especially the notification on arrival time. One thing that's very important to me is that they always close my backyard gate so my dogs don't get out. Their follow-up on repair quotes is very quick.

Always one time and responsive. One Hour does great work. I view them more as my heating and cooling consultant - rather than a company I simply hire when something goes wrong. I never feel I am over-charged. Always professional and courteous.

Bret did wonderful! We called in this morning at 945am for service and he arrived within 2 hours. He had everything up and running within 30 mins! He was very professional and explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. We will definitely be calling One Hour next time we need service and would recommend them to anyone in need of service!
