We had an emergency situation, called several places and Randy was the only one who could come immediately. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly for a reasonable cost. We will definitely be calling him again if we need any HVAC work.

I can not say enough great things about this place and to be exact I want to give the most highest rating and praise to Randy! This guy went so far above and beyond to make sure I was not only satisfied under the years worst conditions but all across the board! I have been a long time customer and today just sealed the envelope that I will remain loyal to them as Randy treated me with A+ treatment and work! This man is truly a good, honest and hard working man! Can't thank you and the company enough! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

89 degrees in my home so I called Air Summit the technician was very knowledgeable and respectful of my home with his shoe covers. Thank you for fixing my AC. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

All I can say is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. I called them about 10am on a Tuesday because the heater was on the fritz. They finally called back, a little after 3pm, to let me know they would be there soon. By the time Randy showed up, after 4pm, he was shocked that another Heating and Air company had beat him to the service call. He got belligerent over the phone, and carried on about how he thinks a customer should only ever be allowed to call one company at a time and be forced to hope that they show up and complete the job in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price, and that he should be able to charge for a service call at a location he couldn't get to in time. After I finally hung up on him, he called back and wanted to complain some more.

His name was Randy Peters, and he swears he is the owner; I don't know for certain if he actually is or not. For some reason, near the end of the call, he became adamant that he tell me he wanted to RECORD the phone call. This company was hostile and offensive, and took no accountability for the fact that another local competitor was able to get there faster and complete the job first. I can't even imagine what they would have tried to charge me! I advise anyone reading this review to avoid this company.

I can't even tell you the last time I felt compelled to leave a bad review for a company.....but Randy and Air Summit EARNED IT!

BUYER BEWARE

Andy did a great job at my house. He just came out for servicing but was honest and told me what absolutely need to be fixed and what I can wait on. Didn't try to sell anything extra.
On top of it he gave me free advice on how to keep the house cold and keep the electricity bill down.

I called Air Summit because my furnace had quit running. They arrived in the time frame they stated and started to work. After a half hour I was told the furnace just needed a good cleaning in which he did. Stated I should be good to go. That was a Thursday late afternoon and $185. The furnace worked until middle of the night on Friday. I called Air Summit and all I got was a recording stating they were closed until Monday and please leave a message. No emergency number. I had to call another company. They came and asked when someone had been here. I told them the whole story. They ended up condemning the furnace because of a crack (they showed me the crack). I had to have the furnace replaced because it was leaking small amounts of carbon monoxide into my house. Air Summit said nothing about a crack anywhere. They have lost my business. Very thankful for the other company that recognized a very dangerous situation.

My furnace wasn't kicking on so I called Randy and he sent someone over right away and had it fixed in 15 minutes. They are always knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonable. I recommend him to all my friends.

My a/c wasn't putting out cold air so I called Air Summit expecting to have to wait several days or more for an appointment. Surprisingly, Randy was able to come by that morning and re-charge my a/c. I'm very pleased with his service and the cost was reasonable.
