Always have what I need in stock at a fair price. The negative reviews are from unlicensed individuals. THIS IS A TO THE TRADE PARTS HOUSE!!

I've bought from them in the past, but on my last visit (July 2017), was met with a sign: "we no longer sell to the general public....". Scratch this place off my list.

Same as already posted. Used to get parts when I needed them from johnstone. Furnace goes out and I run there for the part only to find out i Can no longer purchase parts. Went from a solid 4* to a 1* in my book

My bf is a union member and works for US they refused to help him .
