Horrible customer service. Ordered 3.5 ton Goodman condenser and coil. They decided on their own that. 3.5 ton Goodman condenser and a 5 ton Aspen coil would be good enough without informing anyone, getting permission or even saying a word about it. Now it’s having issues because it is miss-sized and they just said “hey it’s summer we try to tell everyone but I guess it didn’t happen”. And they can sell me another $80 part to try and fix the issues. Great job! Thanks for nothing. Do not trust Johnston.

Expect to pay 5 to 6 times more for parts versus online prices. I understand an up charge for convenience and to pay for the brick and mortar location, however I could have ordered the part online and paid overnight shipping and still would have saved half.
On top of it all, nobody was in the store, yet the employee at the service counter couldn't say hello or ask if he could help me.
I will visit another local store next time or just go online next time.

So I called to get a part I am Certified and have a licence for HVAC however if you don't have an account or a business of your own they will hang up on you. at least that was my experience. So I went to Patrick's HVAC supply and they were great very helpful and had Integrity.

Very rude. Surprised Still in business. Won't sell me a thermostat. You got to be kidding. Because I'm not lic. Does not take a epa license to wire in a thermostat. They don't deserve the 1 star that Google makes you give them. Maybe one day the owner will see the Google reviews. Maybe not. Companies like this won't last in today's world. Good luck to you. Almost every review is bad. WOW.

These guys are the best. Convenient and fair pricing. Cut them a break for not selling to the general public any more, for it reduces the amount of damage that an under qualified contractors can cause.

Won't sell to the public even though I needed a control board that I had got from them a few years ago. It's a non-regulated part. There is no reason at all that I should not be able to get another one. I own a business and tryed to set up an account. They wouldn't let me because I'm not a licensed HVAC contractor. I don't need to be a licensed HVAC contractor to change out a control board on my own furnace. Yet another reason Amazon will be or is a Trillian dollar company. Wonder why I don't need to be a licensed HVAC contractor to buy a control board from them??
