Worst customer service I've ever had would not recommend any HVAC company That's reputable use them had to call in after my tech was told they wouldn't warranty a part that's under warranty and then because I was expressing our feelings on what happened and how they won't warranty a part I was told to shut up to let him talk very disrespectful beings that they make thier money off of us

Was recommended this store by another vendor, called up looking for a specific motor after the furnace stopped on the first negative temp day.

They had it in stock and was set aside for me was able to pick up in 30 mins.

Prices were tough but that's the market not on the store itself, if you need parts asap these are the guys to call.

Will definitely be calling if I need parts again!

I called about a part that if purchased online thru Patricks, would have been $201 plus tax and shipping ($228 at check out) but for the trouble of driving down to Patrick's and enduring their rude customer service I can get that same part for $270 plus tax. When I pointed that out on the phone they offered it to me for $240 plus tax. As a local HVAC contractor we are always looking for the best deal. The last time we came into Patrick's the counter guy was very rude - he kept announcing loudly it's free today it's free today. Nothing is free sir. We used to have Patricks in our top 3 sources for parts and stopped even looking at them as an option due to the rudeness and very skewed pricing. We decided to give Patrick's another try, just nope it's not worth it. I'd rather pay a higher price for fair and transparent business practices and be treated with respect than come back to Patricks.

Our furnance broke down on a Saturday morning. A Google search found the store as a possiblity of having the part I needed. Talked to Craig over the phone to confirm that they had some in stock. Thankfully they were still open long enough for me to get there to purchase the part. It saved us a pretty large amount of money versus having a repairman come out on a weekend.

Also purchased some spares so when they fail in the future we'll be prepared. They are OEM parts.

Thanks for being open on Saturday morning and having a well stocked inventory!

Matthew WAS AMAZING! My heat went out and I realized the motor went. I called and Matthew took the time to listen and help. Part was in stock but they were closing in 15 min and I was 45 min away. He went way above and beyond and I paid for the part over the phone and met him in KC so I could pick the part up! Because he went above and beyond to help, I now have heat in my home ( 7 degrees outside with 5 kids = a serious issue)! THANK YOU MATTHEW! Because of you we will now do ALL our future business with Patrick’s heating and cooling!!!

Patrick’s was open on Saturday morning! I brought my furnace blower motor in, they were able to match it and had what I needed in stock. All is well now and my house has heat again. Thanks team!

Pat is fantastic. All he seems to care about is that you get what you need and is fair with pricing. He helps you with advice when needed. I got a refrigerant recovery machine from him. Great price and awesome customer service.

Fantastic. I brought in the broken parts and the guy knew exactly what replacements I needed. He even explained a couple of important things for installing them. The new motor is much quieter, too. A socket wrench and a working knowledge of electricity will save you hundreds of dollars over getting took by Bob Scamilton.

Seemed to be nice people. Was able to get my furnace blower motor and was on my way home to finish the repair job right away. The only thing that sucks is that , if you look at the prices on the internet, they are much lower than what they charge if you pick up in person.you would think that if you picked it up in person, it would be less expensive, not so. For example, the blower motor I needed was priced at $86.00. when I arrived to pick up in person I ended up paying $130. The sales person basically told me they charge the shipping charge regardless if you pick it up or have it shipped. . I really needed the blower and the weather was really cold. So I paid up anyway. This would have been a 5 star review if the price was the same to pick up as the advertised price on the website.

Patricks is a great place to deal with. Unlike a couple of other major supply houses around KC, that decline to sell to the people that have the ability to repair their own equipment, Patrick's is more than willing to help you out with parts, supplies and advice!
