Partney Heating & Cooling LLC

Our A/C system stopped cooling. I called Partney Heating and Cooling and they got a service technician out here within the hour. Jason was professional and knowledgeable. He had our A/C unit up and running within an hour. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Jason.

Called on one of the hottest days of the year which happened to be on a Sunday. Jason came out and quickly found an issue and replaced the capaciter. It wasn't cooling that evening so called again onMonday morning. They were able to come at 11:30 and ended up replacing the thermostat. I got a wifi one and am loving it. I highly reccommend them. They are friendly, professional and explain everything thoroughly.

They did not stay in touch. Would not return calls. Then finally told us they were waiting on one more part, then never heard from them again except through the insurance.. After 2 months we called our insurance and told them we wanted a different company. They were very nice when they were here doing the initial evaluation. Somewhat nosy, picking up papers I had on the table and looking at them. But I thought it was just a rookie move, as the owner told him to put it down and never do that.
Things just did not work out with them at all. Very disappointed.
Found someone else and seems like they are going to be ok.

I saw the response below and what they said is absolutely false. Them not returning calls etc had nothing to do with my insurance.when I call them they should call me back, should keep me updated on delays on parts etc. My insurance had nothing to do with them not contacting me.
One man actually told my husband they did not like dealing with my insurance, I wasn't asking them to. I asked them to call me back and I would take care of the insurance.
But...they are a contractor for this insurance which I have had for over 20 years and have never had a problem. If they do have a problem, then they need to take it out on the company not the customer they are working for.

Jason answered immediately on a holiday weekend - came out and fixed my AC unit in 90+ weather. I was more than pleased with the professionalism and courtesy bestowed by Jason. it was a minor problem and took a short time to fix. I will definitely refer Partney Heating & Cooling to all my neighbors and friends!

I’ve used Jason and his company for years and he’s done many repairs and installs on houses I’ve owned. His prices are always great and he really makes every effort to get everything scheduled and taken care of very quickly.

I’ve had multiple problems with my system the past few months and every time I called they came out the same day and fixed the problem. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this company and I highly recommend them!

Excellent service! Fast and easy! I called them because my ac wasn't blowing cold. When they got here the problem was quickly taken care of and the price was very reasonable

I wouldn't have anyone else to my home. Great guys. They know what they are talking about and always go above and beyond. The owner of the company goes out of his way to get it done right. No one else will ever have my business.

Called Jason at 7:30am in the morning. My air condition unit went out in the middle of the night.
His crew arrived before 9:00am and replaced my unit and was gone by 12:00 noon.
House is cooling great. Excellent service, great crew. Thanks for the quick professional response.
