The owner John comes out within a few hours of calling him. He cares for his customers and doesn't try to just take your money he is the most reasonable man around. I bought an older house where the a/c was leaking he didn't even charge me the second time he came out. He tried to seal where it's leaking and gave me all of my options and payment plans to get a new unit. He doesn't try to just take your money and leave. Ever sense I found out about his company I will no longer use anyone else for my hvav needs. I would recommend them for all of your ac and heating needs!

Our 26 year old air conditioning unit went out this past Friday evening at 5:45 pm. I was given Partney Heating and Cooling as a reference and my husband called. They responded and came to our house two separate times on Saturday to address the issue. Once we realized we would need a new unit, Partney Heating and Cooling came a third time with two portable air conditioning units to place in our bedrooms to hold us over until they could install our new unit. Tyler worked very hard to install them in our bedrooms. Partney Heating Cooling came today and worked seven hours to install a new air conditioning and furnace. We are thankful to Partney Heating and Cooling for doing such a great job and for going the extra mile for our family. We would highly recommend them!

Jason is my brother, so I am obviously a little bias here, but he is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. Also, and maybe more importantly, he is a helping person. Jason understands the stress that having an ac or furnace go out can cause. Somebody that will be there asap for you when you need him the most. He has over twenty years of experience and has learned a lot along the way. He not only knows how to save you money, he will do high-quality work that will be worry-free for years to come.
