Complete Caire Heating & Cooling

They gave us prompt attention for a new ac unit and furnace in April 2022. We up graded and we were supposed to get a $450 rebate. 6 months went by and no rebate check came. When we finally got a hold of somebody, they said they lost out information. We gave the information again and yet no rebate check. We kept calling and we kept getting ignored. Again, when we finally did talk to someone, they said they have moved and lost files, but they would get it taken care of. In December of 2022, not rebate check and no contact from them to rectify the situation, we contacted the Attorney General. They sent them a letter and a week later we received our $450 check but for it to bounce. So needless to say, not a stand up company by our experience.

Had an appointment set up on a Wednesday and was called to reschedule the following Monday due to rain (totally understandable). On Monday, they did not show up and I received no calls regarding the service. I then left a voicemail and called multiple times with no answer or call back. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I recommend this company to my friends and they haven’t failed me yet. Would not hesitate to use them again.

**Update - Over two years later and nothing has changed. Complete Caire is my go to heating and cooling (HVAC) company. Quality work at a fair price.
