Service Plus

After living in Meridian for 16 years, and dealing with the bigger Air Conditioning companies to only be lied to and misled into paying for a unit that didn't fit our home and then to find out that it was never installed correctly, it was refreshing to have run across Tony Dykes and his company Service Plus. Tony came out when he said he would, told us exactly what was wrong and provided us with the best way to take care of the problem.
The Service Plus crew came out to our home on a Holliday and installed a complete new unit in less than a day. It has worked perfectly. Tony and his crew went above and beyond what was expected of them, this town needs more Tony Dykes!!!!!!!!!
His crew was professional and a pleasure to have working on our home, Service Plus is the only answer for anyone in need of AC or Heating work.

I gave them a call when my A/C quit working. They responded promptly and corrected the issue quickly. I was cooling back down in no time. And I appreciate they take care of the small rural areas. It's hard to find a good technician in our area sometime.

They have helped me so much ! They have worked at my home and my business and I was very satisfied. They were very polite and friendly and that goes a long way in today's world. Honest and dependable also.

I thought this was the way to go but I found out 2 years later that I was wrong... I spent 2200 dollars on a used unit that was to big for my inside unit.... I was sold a 2 1/2 unit.... to go with a 2 ton unit... not only that but it was dated 2007.... I bought it from them in 2019....make a long story short.... Good work but they ripped me off now I have to replace both units all over again.... thanks for nothing Harold

Very impressed with these guys ! I called yesterday, they were here today !! Very fast , efficient, polite. They found a simple problem, took care of it, supplied me with an easy solution to prevent it from happening again and did not over charge ! How much more can you ask for ! Yes, 5 stars ! Air stopped working on a Friday in July. Chris came to our rescue! Prompt, attentive service with a quick diagnosis and repair. I recommend!
