Will recommend this company to everyone I know. I called them at lunch and they came that evening to replace the thermostat. Price was reasonable for part and service. Tommy the technician was knowledgeable and explained everything, an all around great guy.

After a very recent thunderstorm that rolled through our area, I noticed my ac unit was not working. I contacted Derek with PHC. Derek Weir and his crew came to my house was able to troubleshoot and diagnose my issue of a malfunctioning circuit board. They were able to replace the part within 15 min and had my ac unit working like brand new!

Hardworking, knowledgeable, and friendly. I don't know much about AC units but I do know that this house can be an oven without a functioning AC unit. Mr. Tommy got right to work and he kept me informed. Great business!

I would recommend Precision Heating and Cooling. My heat went out and they were at my house within 2 hours. They are very professional and efficient. They also did a full system check before leaving to make sure the heat and air were working before they left. Very pleased with their rates too.
