If you want to deal with ignorant people, call them.; who will promise you the BEST customer service; don’t listen !!!

The technician who came to fix the problem, promised me that he will do everything to fix it; he was at our house when I was not home, he left an invoice and told me that I can call him and he will explain to me what’s going on.
5 days in the row , no respond and after that , his text was that he was taking care of his family business.
( I can’t imagine telling my patients that I won’t give them their medication for the next 5 days, because I have to take care of my family).
The problem is still not fixed and AC doesn’t work .
