The tech who came out was fast , friendly and showed me tips to maintain our unit. I was also offered a yearly plan for maintenance that is very affordable. Job well done. Thank you

A perfect service rep is Mr Nathan Boutwell. He explained everything in detail and was gentle and repeated many details for my husband which has dementia.
We signed u for the maintenance plan and thank you for offering it.
Also the lady in the office is very prompt and very courteous. Great A+ experience

Was told he was trying to rip us off by a person out of state who trains and teaches techs how to service and repair new units and also is head of a sales team for American Standard that the price and what he told us was a straight up lie. The man I’m talking about trained several people here in meridian also. It’s sad when tech gives a company a bad rep and I will place a comment on like as a review as well

Nathan was very professional and patient answering any and all of my questions! He explained the problem and possible solutions moving forward. Overall, i would definitely recommend to anyone looking to fix their AC problems.

Chad was very helpful with questions that my grandson and I had. He was also very effective and efficient in performing his job duties. Thanks so much for sending him on this service call! Look forward to meeting him again.

Clifton was the A/C Tech who came to maintenance the A/C today. He did a great job! He was able to come earlier then the scheduled appointment time, which helped me out tremendously. He was just as efficient and effective as Chad. I really appreciate the great work that is done and I am thankful that my daughter Sherene has contracted with Heblon. Would recommend them to everyone!

Clifton was most helpful in repairing my air conditioning. He was prompt, professional and worked quickly to do the repair. He answered all my questions in a way that I understood.

Nathan is great ! Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and allow in your home. Will ask for him every time. Heblon has great maintenance program that has discounts and reliability when in your time of need.

James “Smitty” Smith was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to assess thoroughly before figuring out the cause of our issue. He was right and changed out the thermostat as needed. It’s working perfectly now! He checked all aspects of the unit as well to make sure it was running smoothly! Great job!!
