It's Saturday midday and hotter than Hades and I am at work. My wife calls to say the a/c is out and the house is 87 degrees. Called the guy who put the unit in 3 years ago and I still havent heard back from him. Google searched really quickly and called AirMax in Flowood where we live. Reached the answering service and got a return call within 40 minutes from Brian who was between service calls. Within another 40 minutes, my wife calls and says the air is fixed. Brian, diagonosed the problem, explained the issue to my wife and fixed the problem. My wife informed me that Brian was polite, professional and fixed the a/c quickly and that she will definitely call him if we ever need an a/c man. Thanks for taking care of us Brian. Total bill on a weekend nonetheless was only $157.00

Air Max offers a preventive maintenance program and when they came by for the Fall check up their technician found where the exhaust for the natural gas heater was not connected to the unit. This was going to be pumping Carbon Monoxide into my house. They were able to fix it and we are now going to stay warm this winter. Most importantly we will not have Carbon Monoxide pumped into the house. Thank you Air Max!

Air Max was able to come out the same day to get my heat back on!
