I have used Air Max Heating and Cooling for years. They have always been honest, hardworking and stand by the work they do. Rankin county, please give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

I had scheduled an appointment yesterday at noon for someone to come to my house at 9 AM, which is the time I was told they begin. No one arrived at 9 and every time I called the office there was no answer and the phone kept hanging up. I was finally able to reach someone around 9:45 AM and was told that they were running behind because of a meeting. I did not get a courtesy call and they could not give me a time of when they would arrive. So I checked with another company and they were able to accommodate me, so I called them back to let them know that I would be canceling the appointment and the lady just said okay. Very unprofessional! No customer courtesy! No respect for the customer! Hard to get ahold of. I sent an email and a message through Facebook Messenger and nobody responded. Very sad because I did use them in the past and was pleased with their service and price and their speedyness but today they really disappointed me. Now I've lost half a day of work because of this company not showing up when they said they would.

We have always had great experiences with AirMax! Very professional, respectful of our property, and they always are quick to respond. I highly recommend AirMax.

Brian is my HVAC man going forward, very professional and trustworthy. Shows up when he says he will. Provides straightforward accurate information so I can make correct decisions concerning my air conditioning. He is knowledgeable and I don't feel like someone is trying to get over on me. Highly recommend!!

As luck would have it, my ac broke on 9pm on a Friday night while my husband was out of town. Since we have an infant, it was crucial that we had ac! I called airmax early Saturday morning and they where here within an hour! These guys are great! Brian, Joe, and Josh worked extremely hard to help get the ac back on for me and my child! Being a woman with a newborn (and with a husband out of town) It was so nice to feel comfortable with the staff. So professional and dedicated! I highly recommend these guys!!! Thanks so much!!!

What a great fix. My observation led me to believe my unit was done! Brian came out and throughly examined each unit and the construction within the attic. It was determined the unit could be fixed and all is cool now. He was efficient with his time and thorough in explaining the process. I have no worries that his instinct and knowledge of air conditioning units will spread as this company is top of the line.

Brian and his staff are wonderful, honest people to work with. They service our home and our hotels. Always on time, professional and honest. Very reasonably priced as well!

I have been a customer of AirMax for over 10 years; their service is excellent! and provided at a fair price by outstanding personnel.

The technician was responsive and timely during the hotter part of the summer when everyone is usually busy. They reviewed the issue we had and provided a quote within in 18-24 hours to fix the issue.
