James from Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning came out to provide maintenance on our AC system. He arrived early after calling to see if we would be home.He was professional and friendly. We will definitely call on this company again.

No show and poor communication. Buyer Beware! The phone service gets you to sign up for their coverage plan and that is not necessary. Their address doesn't show any business on google streetview doesn't even show a business exist there. Complete scam. I hope others will tell the truth about this company if they even exist. Makes me question the other reviews, are they real?

Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning are the best. Ismael and his crew installed a new furnace unit and AC unit at my house. The were very professional and clean. They answered all my questions and the install was perfect. They checked in with me every morning to give me a run down on the services they were providing for that day. They also checked in with me when they left the house.

James was on-site within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue within minutes: a severely dysfunctional humidifier which we had inherited with the house. Kelvin came right away and gave us a quote on a superior product. It was a challenging installation but he fixed things he saw that were outside of the scope of his quote and did not charge any extra.Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning wasn't our only call when looking for a new furnace but they will be our only call from now on.

Showed up right on time. Finished faster than I thought since it was a new AC and Furnace. Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning were very clean and professional. At some points I could not even hear them installing. When they went through the walkthrough and training on the new system they were very patient. Our AC went out in the upstairs unit during a visit from my in-laws. Kelvin responded expeditiously and discovered we only needed Freon. He was very competent, polished and most importantly, he was sincere. We will certainly be calling him when the unit goes completely. I would strongly endorse him to all my friends and family!!

This company is great to work with. The tech was very informative and listened to complete the work as needed. He was also excellent with knowledge of the equipment offering better was to keep my home cool and cost efficient. The best thing of all, all the photos were sent to my email the same day!!!
