Over 10 yrs ago, one winter evening, a bad smell came thru our air ducts. I called AQS and Brad came to our home and had to red-tag our furnace. Fortunately, we had a good space heater that kept us 'comfortable' until the next day. By mid-morning, two AQS employees were here getting the old furnace out and installing a new one. By mid-afternoon, three AQS people had been here, and the 'install' was done! These guys are clean and careful! Since then, we've had a new water heater installed (hey Brad, I drained it yesterday) and our air conditioning repaired. As you can see, I highly recommend AQS!
I would definitely recommend Jeff and the team at AQS; our furnace went out on a Saturday and Jeff came to our house the following Sunday with portable heaters so that we could stay comfortable until his team could come in and replace the furnace on Monday. Very prompt and great service; I never felt like I was being 'up-sold' any equipment I didn't need.
Our air conditioning went out during one of the warmest days, and AQS responded very promptly! They were extremely courteous and professional, and did an excellent job replacing the unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you AQS!

These folks are incredible, they are very responsive and quick to help you out and affordably priced, they installed a new furnace for us the day we were leaving town for the holidays and they were able to do it in an efficient and professional manner that let us catch our flight without a hick-up. They now have customers for life in my wife and I as they impressed us very much.
We were having a nice summer afternoon until my wife said "does it feel a little hot in here to you?" "Oh-oh," I thought, "the forecast for tomorrow is 90 with a heat index making it feel like 100! Now what?"
As A/C repair is not an everyday occurrence, I was once again faced with the dilemma of who to call. After I checked to make sure it wasn't just a circuit breaker that got tripped, I went into the furnace room and saw a big sticker for these guys on my equipment (must have used them before), so I called and reached Matt late on Sunday who said he could be by Monday between 9 and noon. GREAT! The house was still ok inside at about 77 degrees so we cranked up the ceiling fan and went to bed.
As promised Matt came by on Monday and after a thorough exam discovered a couple of blown fuses in the unit ($50 repair plus standard $99 trip charge). I was relieved it wasn't something major and he had things up and running in under 30 minutes.
Thing I like about these guys: -LOCAL and Family owned (St Louis Park) -NOT part of some big chain liked the one named after the guy with the kite in an electrical storm -Really Friendly service -Matt was great, on time and efficient -DIDN'T try to upsell me on a bunch of extra services (like some others I've used that want to sign you up for preventative maintenance plans) -he did check out the unit while he was here and let me know the coolant and motors were all good (nice) -price was fair
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Would not hesitate to call them again for a/c or heating issues. I even took a sharpie and jotted 5 stars on the sticker on the furnace to jog my memory when 2 years from now I'm looking at some other unexpected outage.
