We called them because we had yellow jackets in a venting duct, and needed it replaced. After the bees were taken care of by a pest company, Mesaba came and replaced the venting tube. We also had them clean our air ducts. They arrived promptly, and during the visit, the technician kept me informed the entire day. He was so professional, and explained everything to me, and listened to my questions and concerns kindly. From the moment I called regarding the beehive in the vent, they were very patient and professional. Their customer service and appreciation is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for everything you helped our family with.

Apparently the initial install was not done correctly and the electrical service install was delayed for 6 weeks. So since no start up or testing of the system was done initially I called to request an inspection. Well there was water all over the floor since the condensate pump was installed incorrectly and several wires were attached errantly. I credit the service man for recognizing the defects an correcting them. Fortunately the system appears to be repaired since we are in the middle of the heating system. Despite the install deficiency, we recommend Mesaba Heating & Conditioning since all other services provided have been first rate.

Was the only place I called that I actually reached someone on the first call and was able to make an appointment for the next day to repair our central air. Technician Chris was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly (it matters who comes in your home for repairs, especially when you have toddlers and a dog). From scheduling, to appointment to billing, all went well.

Had an appointment 12-2pm last week. 1:30 came around and he hadn't shown up yet so i called into work and said i would be late. 2:15 i called mesaba and they said the tech had a family issue. Ok thats fine, but they could of called to tell me so i didnt have to be late to work. STRIKE 1. Rescheduled for thursday the 17th. They never showed up. I called and she said it was for next thursday, which wasnt right. STRIKE 2. So she said a tech could come tommorrow, friday the 18th. Never showed, called again and he was held up at another house. And couldnt make it again. No call once again. STRIKE 3.
I tried to get somone else to come out after the 2nd no show/no call. But everyone else was booked weeks out. Now after dealing with these ppl and seeing how unprofessional, unreliable they are i see why they are not booked like the other ones. They are lucky they get 1 star, if 0 star was an option i would pick it. I Would never have them step foot in my house even if its -30 and my furnace quit and they were the only available ones. Save your self the hassle and pick someone else.

Josh was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly! He gave a thorough explanation of the problem with the air conditioner, promptly fixed it, and gave advice on how to properly maintain the unit. Would definitely recommend!

My Honeywell T10 thermostat would not connect to my Wi-Fi network. Brandon came and spent two hours troubleshooting and fixing it. He even brought a new one but that did not work. Turns out it needed a new update that came out before I got my Wi-Fi network up and running. So Brandon got it hooked into his tablet Wi-Fi and eventually got the update downloaded. Honeywell did not make it easy to do this but he got it done! Now it works great and I can turn up the heat from my bed, or wherever in the world.

I recently had a new furnace installed in my 100+ year old house. From the salesman to the office receptionist to the installation professionals they were friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and prompt. They answered questions and concerns clearly, did their work efficiently, and even put up with my three obnoxious dogs cheerfully!
